I will also be hosting an Astrochat every six weeks, beginning on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 1-3:00 pm EST. An Astrochat is a gathering of likeminded, like hearted souls who want to know what’s going on at the moment astrologically and spiritually. I will spend 30 – 45 minutes discussing the planetary picture of the moment, and then I will offer a mini reading to the first five people to sign up, applying the information I offered to their own birth chart. The Astrochat is 2 hours long, everyone is welcome. Please be sure to send me your name and birth information if I don’t have it. MARS’ BUSY WEEK AS PROMISED
There is an exceptionally busy week ahead for the planets, which of course reflect our goings on here on Earth. Neptune will station direct in his own sign on December 10 at that last degree of the 3D zodiac, and that shift promises to be felt around the globe. We have all been blessed to have experienced Neptune moving through the sign he has domain over, Pisces, and once he leaves, on January 26th, it will be the last time anyone gets to experience this magical and profoundly mystical transit for another hundred and sixty five years.
Mercury and Mars are in the middle of an rare quintuple conjunction/new cycle, and Mercury will reenter Sagittarius this week, shifting its dispositor from Pluto to Jupiter. He formed a grand trine with Jupiter and Saturn last week and this week he will find resource with (sextile) Pluto. Those are both expansive, creative aspects, and the order in which they happen seems fortuitous.
And now back to Mars. Mars has just spent quite a while with his Mother, Juno (aka Hera). Mars is a planet, as we know, and Juno is classified as an asteroid. They travel at very different speeds. The conjunctions happen around every 2-3 years, though they tend to come in clusters, happening close together for a little while before they spread out in time a little more. Consider the relationship between a grown son and his mother. They have times when they spend time together and other times when they live their separate lives. They have just spent some important time together passing through the Ophiuchan Bridge. They are still both there.
