Joy wards off dis-ease. Did you know this? Your best protection to illness is joy – not just having it, but enjoying it.

You might notice joy in your life in moments. But to stop and smell the joy is different. To experience it is equivalent to opening the heart without open heart surgery, often required after MUCH undue stress to your temple, otherwise known as the body.

To experience joy, one must only commit themselves to living within it when they notice it. Now, if you have a problem even noticing it, perhaps a different message can address that. But let’s just say you would want to start with your breath. If you have a problem even seeing joy, begin to notice your breath more often. Appreciate the rhythm of your in and out breaths, the expansion of your lungs. Then, remember that something ELSE controls your breath, for even if you were to choose to “hold” your breath, this is only temporary and you would begin to breathe again automatically after losing consciousness. So what has you here, if not you? Your parents? And what has them here? Now you are maybe beginning to get the point. SOMETHING ELSE has you here. Why? To experience joy.

So where were we? Oh, yes, how to experience joy. Ok, so when you see joy (for example, your child smiling back at you), instead of another game, or another text, or that last email on handheld technology BEFORE you acknowledge that child (outer and inner), embrace that kid! If you do not have children, I think you understand the message, correct? It is simple. BE IN THE MOMENT…NOW. Ha ha! See, there you go… now you are getting it.

Experiencing joy is your best protection against every type of negative energy (or entity) you can think of… other people, toxic situations or environments, bad news, you name it. Joy, in and of itself, is a vibration that holds happiness within it. And though experiencing it is self-sustaining in many ways, you still need to choose it. Then, the vibration of the core of your being (also known as the Sacred Heart) begins to attune to, vibrate, and resonate AT “joy” – the literal measurable frequency of your magnetic resonance from the aura when you experience joy.

Joy alters consciousness and helps one to forget the negative experience of “the story” that happened TO you, so you can begin to appreciate its message FOR you. Lest we forget to relay it in this way, joy is simply what you are here to experience. And, eventually, perhaps you can get yourself to the place of even appreciating that feeling sadness CAN be joyful when you remember that being in a body and feeling your full spectrum of emotions IS the VERY reason you opted to come here and experience life as a human.

So, where do you find joy? Wherever you decide to see it and experience it in the next NOW moment. Enjoy it. It might just save your life, and that of those who love you.

Greetings on this magical day! It IS magical, is it not? You ARE breathing as a living being on the Earth. Is that not magical?! It is indeed. BUT it is also magical because we have a VERY special message for you on this day. Simply put, the Great Teachers of old are making their presence anew!

What we mean is, those great beings from your realm who “came once before” (philosophers, healers, dreamers, sages, yogis, Gurus, Great Kings, Queens and rulers) are making their presence known from the Great Expanse again NOW. In fact, some of them are even taking physical birth again at this time.

Feel their magic.

The consciousness of these beings is permeating your vessels, and those you love, and then some you believe you do not love. You’ll never know when you may be speaking to someone, but you are not actually speaking to them. Instead, “something (or even better – someone) has taken over”. This is happening more and more frequently now. So be on the alert.

“Why is this happening in numbers suddenly?”, you ask? Simply put, because enough of you have requested help. Through meditations, yoga, sat-sangs (conscious get-togethers), the following of spiritual paths, mindfulness and the like, the masses are beginning to realize that the planet is in trouble, and therefore in need of assistance. You have become self-aware enough to know the consciousness (or level of thinking) that has gotten your world to the brink of self-collapse is not sufficient to get you out. So you have “reached out” from your hearts through the ethers to us.

We are responding in great numbers.

We want to assist a people that want assistance. We could not assist a growing trend of consciousness that couldn’t be bothered with mindfulness. Your hearts, as a collective race, previously were not awake enough, caring enough, or attuned enough to know that you literally were facing extinction. For whatever reasons, known or unknown, you have begun to GREATLY shift. Be not attached to the reasons, but rather only attach to the love that is here for you now. Well done on getting here.

Keep in mind (or heart) that we make ourselves known mostly through those who are awake. So if we go popping into your body, no worries! Ha ha! But in all seriousness, if you are open to this “Bridge of Hearts To Awakening Hearts” we tell you this – truly, if you are open, let us use and infuse your beings to light your hearts that will light the way for others who need bright lights to be shown the way HOME. It is a great service to allow yourselves be open in this way.

Come through you we will, for we MUST. It was and remains the mission of Sanat Kumara to awaken the masses in multiples of 12, so that the seed teacher could awaken the seeds to become teachers of other seeds. Are you a seed? Are you capable of carrying the light quotient required to shine like the Morning Star? We say you are. What say you?

Let your heart lead the way – it has NEVER failed you before.

Please listen. It is time to Awake, Awake, Awake.

On this day, the collective comes to you with a message about the line of thinking that has created the very world you are so often afraid to admit you exist in. That world was created in material beliefs. However, we are universally requesting, now, that you begin the transit in whole into the heart.

We tell you beyond equivocation, the word “coincidence” simply equates to a lack of faith. Yes, if you must, please read that again if it was unclear.

Coincidence is a man-made word in complete separation from, and in complete ignorance of, the truth that has you breathing your very breath.

Again, please hear and heed these words now… CONSISTENTLY and with focused discipline. If you already heed them, then please share them in whatever form you feel appropriate with the masses. It is time to awaken from the GREAT SLUMBER.

While logic has mankind seemingly navigating life, it will fail you beyond it. So, best to begin practicing the art of death sooner than later. What we mean by this is dealing sooner than later with the idea that your physical demise WILL come. It must. But you can spend your days living in truth or illusion.

Illusion brings suffering, as constant attachment to man-made things brings only temporary sensory satisfaction. This will end before long. After all, nothing material can EVER travel with you into the great expanse. However, beginning to see the signs ALL around you that something greater has you here is key.

For those of you who already see the signs, how often do you chose to remain steadfast in that endeavor? You see, it is your discipline that becomes the contagion the world needs.

Belief in coincidence breeds victim mentality where everything is happening to you. However, faith, mixed with looking for and seeing signs, breeds co-creatorship at a minimum. This lays the groundwork for you all to begin to step fully into your mastery as the creators that you actually are.

What we mean by co-creator is seeing the world and everything in it at least as your creation WITH the Universe. When you begin to readily look for and see the signs all around you that prove you are loved, supported, and taken care of by something greater than the hamster wheel you once thought you were living on with no extended purpose, you begin to see the Universe has your back.

You can believe all you want in formulas, possibilities and varying concepts. Theories, however, will only get you so far. Logic does NO dealings in the business of the after-life. Trust and faith, however, are the only two virtues that will keep you safe beyond this world. We know, it can feel scary. But it really doesn’t need to be.

The more you trust in that, the more you begin to look deeper at this “concept”. Then, that concept fades and knowing (truth) replaces beliefs. Knowing requires no thought, only an alert obedience to the heart and its murmurs of truth as it rises within you once more. Eventually, you actually begin to resonate again with the WHOLE truth that you ARE the expanse of the Universe, you have just forgotten it.

So until then, just remember to keep looking for signs that you are creating with the Universe FOR your growth. You are not a victim to anything. You chose this life and every experience in it, whether you remember that choice or not. While you are not required to fully understand this at this time, you would do better to begin to at least accept it FULLY, rather than visiting it every once in a while.

For it is your birthright to again awaken fully like the lotus you are. You hold the key to unlocking and holding open the door for these truths once more. Won’t you please now play the doorman regularly?

Mastery on the human plane requires accepting that you are human.

With so many distractions these days, so much maya (illusion) pulling you this way and that – the news, the political landscape, “terrorism”, the “grind” of your daily lives with kids or bills, managing you and your energy amidst the explosion of technology, and the list goes on and on – with so many of these distractions in your world at present, you MUST take a breath and accept THAT you ARE still human if you want to consciously come Home. There, you deepen the connection with your own heart, let alone the deepening that can occur again with the heart of the Cosmic Creator.

No matter how much your attention has been on spirituality and growth, recent messages have reminded you that you are not here to master the spiritual realm. Actually, you are here to master being human. And to do that requires discipline and focus in such a fast-paced world.

That world has trained IN you in many ways to expect instant gratification. However, things like karma (positive and negative) and the grace that comes with it, have you EXACTLY and PRECISELY where you need to be in any given moment.

Ask yourself this question… How much do I accept my life and everything in it just as it is? Now follow that with… How grateful can I be for all that I have in this now moment? Human mastery lies at the heart of those two questions.

Acceptance is key… literally THE key that unlocks human potential. It quenches the thirst of reaching for fruit, for there is nothing (no thing) to be had, for all that you need is right here… right now. In that acceptance, everything that has ever happened in your life experience is remembered to be FOR your awakening, and literally nothing more.

When gratitude (gra-titude = grateful + attitude) reigns supreme, acceptance becomes so much easier. After all, why would you not be grateful if you TRULY understood that everything in your experience was sent FOR you? Think on that, and… then… stop thinking.

You owe it to yourself to slow down as the world quickens. The friction (loving friction) between your choice of a slower pace, and the speed of the world around you, will create exactly the right amount of polishing just as a piece of glass on the beach becomes smooth as the ocean continuously washes over it.

EVERYTHING is t-here for you. Now just ACCEPT with GRATITUDE and the rest becomes SO much simpler.
