Sitting smack in between Uranus and Eris, and bridging Haumea and Jupiter, Mercury stations today and goes direct at 12:33pm EDT, smack in the middle of the day… Like everything else associated with this Mercury retrograde cycle, we are touched by the magnificence of the new mental operating system. Mercury will remain in a storm period for the entire recovery of his shadow (till May 19), but with the direct motion, things should start making more sense…albeit slowly…
Mercury has come together with Uranus twice in the past 6 weeks, and will make a third conjunction, creating a new cycle in the 5D consciousness, on May 10. Even though Mercury is only 3/4 of a degree from Uranus today, it will take him 8 days to recover that one degree and complete this manifesting new cycle with Uranus.
With Mercury stationing in such close proximity to Uranus, we can expect the revelations and new, original concepts and realizations to continue in a big way. Have you noticed that you’re perceiving everything that’s going on differently than you did just a month ago? This recent retrograde has had Mercury working SO closely with the Light Bridge that is the High Way to Awakened Unity Consciousness since he moved into his shadow on March 25 and connected with the Light Bridge at the same time.
Now, because Mercury is moving SO slowly, he has been infused with the Light Bridge for a second time, holding court there, you might say, since April 26, (the same day as the Taurus new Moon), and he has not moved more than one degree in all that time.
With Mercury moving so slowly, we have an opportunity at the mental level to begin to perceive the world in a brand new way. Of course we must be able to practice patience and presence, and to allow the Truth to ‘bleed in’ to your vision, if you will. It’s been there all along, it’s just that we have been insisting for many thousands of years that we need to know what we can’t possibly know, and we have been projecting what we have decided we understand onto the Truth, obscuring it.
It has never been more accessible, save for the original state of consciousness we once had. The story of the Garden of Eden tells the tale. These are the observations of Lauri Ann Lumby, a faithful reader and a brilliant teacher her Self:
“Stephanie as I read your words, a vision is coming to me. As you say, it is not as if consciousness is a commodity. Instead, we are simply being awakened to and opening slowly to the full consciousness that has been there all along. I’m seeing an image from the oldie moldie Adam and Eve story/myth. (remember…myth is a literary genre for giving explanation to something we don’t understand….or an allegory for secret teachings). Before Adam and Eve indulged in the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they were innocent, non-judging, etc. When Eve and then Adam bit into the fruit, their minds were opened and they beheld all the knowledge of the universe. But with that came judgment. Jumping from innocence to complete knowledge was too much for their minds to handle and they grew afraid. The “God” that made them had compassion for His/Her children and removed them from the Garden of Eden (which housed all the knowledge of the universe) and guarded the door with Seraphim and a “fiery revolving sword.” As we are evolving and growing, and learning love instead of fear, compassion instead of judgment, we are entering more and more fully into the Garden and into the limitless consciousness that was ours all along. We just needed to grow to the place where we could handle it.”
I believe the myths we hold near and dear are closer to the original Truth than any other story we have told our Selves from the beginning. Going back to them now, with this new mental operating system, makes the Truth immediately graspable.
The next few weeks should be very interesting as Mercury makes his way out of this super prolonged storm and Venus makes her way to the Light Bridge at the end of May. The heart is next, and the balanced Mind/Heart is the promise, and who knows where we can go from here???

Aries 25: A great dragon asleep in a cave.
“The dark deep inside seeking to emerge from a spell, from an enchantment, from a curse. The shadows, the beast, the serpent, the dragon of legend and myth stirring, restlessly, pervasively, bringing forth longings and desires previously suppressed and denied.
Secrets and mysteries. Realms within realms. So much to get back in touch with now. A promise to the children of the future to come alive at the appointed times. The inquiries of karma and of destiny. That which cannot be understood, will not conform to convention.
A wildness, a raw primal quality of needing an immense outlet for a huge energy that never had a place here. A desperate drive to let these things emerge, or else feel trapped and stuffed and caught in meaningless retrials of self avoidance at all cost.
An emotional energy of ferocious intensity. So deep. So forbidden. So strange to the modern ways. Called to merge, to tap the depths, to activate the dormant powers for the sake of the whole.
An absolutely extraordinary ability to draw forth what was hidden in each and all. A threshold capacity to elicit confidence and strength and new forces in those who are seeking a further enfoldment beyond the known.
The world’s most fertile energy frequency. Yet often postponed, or held in reserve. Captured by pasts and futures at war with each other. The shadow must be honored if the light is to dawn. All of this is known and sensed with overwhelming force. It will come out. It will come through.”
Those shadows are nearly fully exposed, certainly the next few weeks will take us there, and then it will be the moment for Love to embrace the shadow whole and whole us again….
