Today is the day Mercury comes together with Quaoar, and this event bears discussion, because aside from the Uranus Eris triple conjunction that is underway, this might be one of the most important happenings of our life time. Much like the coming together of the Great Awakeners, today’s Mercury Quaoar connection reflects a major change in our consciousness, but it also has a distinctly personal application, in that it is transforming the mental operating system in each and every one of us.
This is the second of three Mercury Quaoar conjunctions. The first one occurred on December 1st, shortly after Mercury entered his retrograde shadow. The first conjunction occurred right on the Galactic Center at 28 Sagittarius, which has multidimensional significance. The Galactic Center is Source ItSelf, and any planet transiting this point assists through its own unique properties in the download of major consciousness.
Quaoar has been sitting on the Galactic Center all year. and this has been a great reflection of the major new belief system that is beginning to manifest. Quaoar, for those who have forgotten, represents the 5D part of our Selves that has the capacity to think new thought and create a new world. Consider what it takes to think a thought that has never been thought before. Some of you will insist that isn’t possible, but hopefully not too many of you will hold that position.
To think a new thought, ALL OLD thought must go. We must be willing to surrender to what we don’t yet know, and even more importantly, to what we can not understand, so that we can have a new experience that is untainted by older beliefs, and manifest a new realization. Many are having these new thoughts and concepts right now, and they are showing up in some very surprising and unexpected ways.
Today’s Mercury Quaoar conjunction occurs on the world axis at 29 Sagittarius and then some. This takes the original download of new consciousness and the realizations around allowing our Selves the new thought process and makes it a global, universal experience. The world axis is the place where something happens in the world and that something affects every living thing here. This degree, 30 Sagittarius/0 Capricorn is the WINTER SOLSTICE degree, the day when the season changes, and everyone, conscious of the season shift or not, is moved into a new part of the journey around the Sun.
30 Sagittarius/ 0 Capricorn is also the crown chakra for the entirety of humanity. (It is a mere 2 degrees from the Galactic Center, and with all the new realization about time and space, it’s safe to say these are certainly one with each other. The crown chakra connects us with the higher Self and Source, and all new consciousness comes in through that part of our Being.
Mercury is retrograde for this second of three conjunctions with Quaoar, and since his entire backwards journey began with a conjunction between the Great Messenger and this new 5D archetype, this retrograde connection will drive home plenty of the meaning of this triple connection. Watch for the meaning in your life.. it’s there, only looking too hard or doubting it can make it invisible to you.
The third conjunction occurs on January 12, just after Mercury begins the recovery of his direct shadow and just BEFORE the Messenger comes together with Pluto after a refranation from that conjunction on the day Mercury went retrograde just a degree short of this conjunction… The third conjunction Of Mercury and Quaoar will deliver each of us to the ultimate upgrade of our mental operating system, and Mercury’s conjunction with Pluto (on January 29) will reflect the major rebirthing of the mental body itself.
These next two or three weeks will bring us to a new way of Being here on the Earth… Here is Ellias Lonsdale’s meditation for today’s Mercury Quaoar conjunction (as well as the third one on January 12). The third conjunction consitutes a new cycle for these two archetypes, and while this occurs once a year, it won’t happen on the Galactic Center or the world axis for hundreds of years. The last time this happened we were not conscious of Quaoar. This is a huge transformative coming together that is occurring at the level of the higher Mind and its connection with the 5D Self…

“There is an assignment, a destiny task which falls to me. I am asked to take each and every situation I come into and to witness the pattern, the design, the way it goes. Then I release it through me. I take everything that has been and I let it all go. Sometimes this is very arduous. Other times it is instantaneous, effortless. It doesn’t matter. Whatever way it is, I’ll be there.
I am fascinated and engrossed in the human dilemma, the soul drama. I have an endless appetite for putting things together and taking them apart. But I am very serious and intent in all that I do. It is one of those tasks that is almost too crucial to let myself be aware of. I don’t want to get in the way. So I pretend it’s just the way I pass time. I act as casual and cool as possible, even with myself. Oddly enough, it works.
The truth is, though, that there is nothing more vital than what I do. Because I’m around, things move differently. I’m a cross between a catalyst and a loyal follower of the existing pattern as long as I possibly can. My impulse is to preserve, if possible. When that’s not happening, I will get in there and make it obvious that this is not the way the flow is supposed to go.
I am immensely powerful and deeply hidden. I work between the lines. But I am so good at what I do. I can spend extended cycles in the outlandish assignments. And I will look and act straight the whole while.
