26 Capricorn 55

Since the Full Moon in Cancer on January 1, we have been experiencing what it feels like to navigate the new channels for processing emotions and expressing our feelings. To do this, we have been discovering how to locate and recognize these new channels and traverse them bravely, even though we have no way of knowing where we are going.  We don’t know, because we have learned to step out of habitual patterns long enough to notice where they are. We do not have a map for the new consciousness we gained recently through the ongoing watershed moment that Stephanie Azaria has described in her daily Cosmic Consciousness blogs.

What we do have is an awareness that we are in a new place, and we can approach it with openness to let what comes emerge and meet it from the observer’s perspective. This is the best and only place to be, because this New Moon at 27 Capricorn also opens up a wormhole, which Stephanie describes as an eclipse passage that contains a series of sideways elevators. In the wormhole, we travel without the benefit of familiar landmarks or landscapes, and we don’t know where it is we will end up. But it’s important to note that there can be nothing outside the Self, and the wormhole is designed to deliver us to a part of our being we would not be able to get to any other way. We must allow our Selves the journey, and it requires a healthy dose of faith and a willingness to let go. The wormhole opens today, and the first eclipse occurs on January 31 with the next Full Moon.

The planet Saturn gives disposition to the Capricorn quality of consciousness. Capricorn represents the start of the cosmic clock ordering of the zodiac, it represents both the end and the beginning point (alpha and omega point). It is fitting that this New Moon puts us in that dark, sheltered place where a new seed must be if it is are to germinate.  We have the means to fertilize the seed, from the new water (emotion) channels we are navigating, which carry life-critical nutrients, traveling down from the mountains to the sea via waterways. Now we must sit with the dark, and allow the Capricorn consciousness to reveal what the new seed of consciousness needs to grow and flourish. Growth occurs in the places we cannot see with our physical eyes. Our higher consciousness designed a blueprint for this growth before we were born, and each of our individual blueprints is connected to the super-consciousness we all share as humans.

This New Moon involves important connections between the Sun and the Moon (disposing our Spiritual body), Venus (our emotional body), Mercury (our mental body) , Mars (our physical body), and of course the Sun (our identity).  The significance of involvement of lower body rulers is that our entire being is ALL IN for this amazing transmutation process that also involves many 5D planets. The individual Self is very much the focal point of the wormhole passage.
No matter how much hoping, praying, or asking about what lies ahead for each of us, the exquisite connections between our own sense of inner authority and the extent to which we allow our higher self’s script to emerge is what counts. Our empowerment rests in our recognition that the way to access this is through our Heart center.  We are learning to look inside, to our inner authority first. This is not always easy during a wormhole, but because the launch point is this Capricorn New Moon, we can have confidence that we will land exactly where we need to be, with the resources we need to help ourselves.
Saturn disposes the Capricorn New Moon, and there are an amazing seven planets and points joining this New Moon. These are: Ixion (our soul’s purpose), Quaoar (our ability to change paradigms), Saturn (the way we govern ourselves), Mercury (how we communicate), Black Moon Lilith (where we touch the Divine Feminine in ourselves), Pluto (how we transform), the Sun (our identity), and Venus (how we love).  All are working together in concert to shape our New Moon experience.
Altogether, these eight archetypes in Capricorn are giving as much support, structure, direction, and purpose as is possible to the gestation process of our new seed consciousness.  Eight is the number of balance and power, which supports rebirth. Everything grown in Capricorn comes from and is taking us to our own sense of authority as an empowered being of Love. We can feel this support because Venus, governs the Heart center, and she is in a new cycle (conjunct) with the New Moon.  We may feel like we are in the dark, but we can also feel nurtured here, and we can feel the Divine Feminine coming forward through these feelings.

The Moon/Venus combination is also in a resource (sextile) with Mars at 24 Scorpio making it possible to move our full emotional experience during the new Moon forward. It is also in a resource with Chiron at 25 Pisces, providing the opportunity to be as expansive as possible as we master, learn, and take our responses to whatever circumstance emerge to higher ground, if you will.  What does that mean?  It means that we are no longer frightened by our experiences or resistant to having them. We can, as these wildflowers, flourish anywhere.
The New Moon forms an intersection (formerly T-Square) with the ongoing Light Bridge between Haumea at 26 Libra (our unity consciousness) and with Uranus (the great awakener) at 25 Aries with Eris (the inner awakener) at 23 Aries. This is a boon, because this creates a pathway to transmute any friction that may come up and provide us with the opportunity to address it from the observer’s perspective. This intersection means that the New Moon experience will leave us with a sense of a sense of wholeness. Whatever we experience, we do not have to feel isolated or alone.

During this New Moon, Ceres (our inner midwife) is also conjunct the world axis with the Soul Star (North Node or the destiny we have created) both at 15 Leo.  These two are in a manifestation (trine) with the Great Attractor Black Hole at 15 Sagittarius. This provides extra magnetic energy and opportunities to connect to the New Moon, and the awareness that there are loving hands guiding the process for each and everyone of us.  Ceres is the only planet in our inner solar system that is retrograde right now, and she is also the only inner archetype that is a 5D planet, which gives us access to our own ability to guide the gestation and birth new things. This is quite empowering, as it comes from within us and not from someone else.
During the passage between this New Moon and the Full Moon on January 31, Saturn will make its first of three stepping stones during 2018 to the planet MakeMake (representing the transition from experience we have of “rule of law” to what truly governs consciousness, such as the Law of One, or the Law of Love).  This is a profound stepping stone experience that will last throughout the year, and we will experience it in our own lives and reflected back to us through events in our world. MakeMake represents a creator of consciousness, abundance, and the Laws that govern the new world. It is considered the higher, 5D octave of Saturn.  We don’t know what will come through this stepping-stone, but we can take great heart that it is occurring.
With this New Moon we need to focus on how we focus on our well being. How devoted are we to the gestation of our new consciousness? Are we disciplined in how we practice discernment? This is one thing we can take through the wormhole passage that begins tonight…discernment is gained by using that observer’s perch, where we can listen and watch our responses to what we are experiencing.  Let’s use the gift that Venus’ new cycle with the new Moon is providing to give ourselves and everyone we meet the benefit of the doubt during this New Moon journey.  What we give is what we receive.

“Blink your eyes, and the world you see next did not exist when you closed them. Therefore, he said, the only appropriate state of the mind is surprise. The only appropriate state of the heart is joy. The sky you see now, you have never seen before. The perfect moment is now. Be glad of it.”
