Full Moon 18 Libra 43

10:35 pm EDT

This passage from the Aries New Moon to this Full Moon in Libra is one we are not likely to forget. The Full Moon is occurring right as the apex of COVID-19 is manifesting in the United States and the virus is now everywhere in the world. Libra represents the physical social awareness part of our Consciousness. The key is how we go about experiencing this social awareness.
In Cosmic Consciousness, the purpose of the Libra is where we experience the true relationship we have with our Selves through the mirrored reflection of our relationships. This statement is so near and so close to each of us because it is with Libra that we start to realize the “I AM” awareness as “I AM THAT.”
Under this vast star-bright sky
–it is hard to be someone
We gain consciousness of the Other, first as someone “doing something” that demands our attention. We are socialized to “take the world in” instead of seeing ourselves as co-creators of it. With the “I AM THAT” awareness, we begin to see that the Other is another precious soul working alongside us, no matter what they are doing and no matter where they are. These are enormous words, and it is very difficult to hold this awareness because in the moment it is only me or you interacting with each other.
In the pond
-my reflection changes
With each indifferent gust of wind
In this time, where everyone on the planet is challenged to radically change our social behavior by a virus that we cannot see, it is time to truly connect to the Libra portion of our individual and shared Consciousness. To save ourselves and each other, we need to set physical boundaries and at the same time, hold on to the collective consciousness. This means focusing on the sense of we instead of me.
The affirmation for Libra is “I AM YOU AND YOU ARE ME,” and we need to accept and abide by our shared responsibility for each other. We are living with new rules of physical social distancing, at the same time as we grapple with the continued need to connect in meaningful ways. This Full Moon is to remind us that we all have the capacity to do this. Libra is the ultimate observer, with the ability to see things as they are in the moment, all things being equal as they happen, without judgement.
My reflection in the glass
-has aged
Without me
Ragged clouds
-high winds

The Full Moon in Libra is disposed by Sedna, which is the archetype in our consciousness that is focused on deep memory. Sedna is currently at 27 Taurus and serves as the librarian of our collective conscious experience on Earth. This is a time when remembering who we are as a species and why we are here is of paramount importance. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience to experience the agony of separation from Unity Consciousness, and the excitement of the journey to this awareness while remaining in physical form.
Humankind has never encountered a global problem of this extent before and known about its progress on a nearly a minute-by-minute basis. We are resilient, and we do live on Earth, among many other species of animals, plants, and insects, and sea creatures. The changes we have made for COVID-19 are just the beginning, and there will be many more behavioral adjustments needed for how we interact with each other, work, and move around on the planet. We do know that the changes we all agree to will be grounded in the Earth experience, because of Sedna’s influence, and that we must hold space for these adjustments even though we do not know what they will be nor what level of change is required. We are on a dynamic journey now. Truth is, we always were, we just forgot that to live means to always experience change.
The Moon is conjunct Juno ( where we encounter Unity Consciousness) at 12 Libra, with the Fixed Star Arcturus (scientific and technological innovation) at 25, and Haumea (where we create Unity Consciousness) at 27 Libra. This conjunction provides more impetus to remember that we have been in very, very, tight places before and have prevailed through the use of our intelligence, deduction skills, intuition, and faith.

The Moon is manifesting with Ceres (our inner midwife) at 25 Aquarius. We have an opportunity to free up our hearts, and in doing so, need to take the time to purposefully take down the barriers we may have with others. The important ones to tackle are the most long-standing issues we have with people we interact with. As soon as we feel resistance in an interaction with someone else, this is the time to consciously use the Libra affirmation: I AM YOU AND YOU ARE ME” and let whatever is going on just flow and unfold. We might be surprised with what gets loosened, unlocks, and falls away. And how much peace we feel as a result.

The Moon is in a stepping stone (square) the Fixed Star Sirius (where we access the wisdom of the Masters) at 14 Cancer, and also with Pluto (where we transform) at 25, Jupiter (where we expand) at 25, and Pallas Athena (where we access wisdom) at 26 Capricorn. By recognizing a reaction of negativity to a person, we can step up and tap into our deep sources of wisdom to transform these feelings into something positive that reverberates socially to that person, and to others. This is the time to transmute tension into compassion.
A Grand Power Crossroad is formed of four power (formerly cardinal) signs: Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn. There are two Grand Crossroads at work now. These Crossroads have been functioning for several months now and are like a giant harp being plucked over and over again. The notes played have multidimensional resonance, and it is up to each of us to pick up on the highest frequency that we can manage at the time. We need to pay attention, and these Crossroads are a gift to us and for us.

The Full Moon is part of the first of these. It is formed of the Moon, Juno, Arcturus, and Haumea bridging with the Sun (our Self-identity) at 18 Aries, Eris (our inner disrupter) at 23, and the Black Moon Lilith (the great revealer) at 12 Libra. The Grand Crossroads is formed by the bridge between the Fixed Star Sirius bridging with Pluto, Jupiter, and Pallas Athena. How we feel about creating solutions that lead us to a sense of calm and unity again depends upon how we respond to the disruption and what we learn about ourselves and the structures we depend upon. How far are we willing to transform our system–which is global—once the immediacy of the COVID-19 crisis is over. Again, we do not know what the future looks like, and we do not know exactly what to do to make things better.
The second Grand Crossroads is formed by the Bridge between MakeMake (where we find universal truths) at 5 Libra with Chiron (where we whole ourselves) at 6 and Salacia (where we play with light and shadow) at 5 Aries. We need to go to first principles, teachings that have stood the test of the ages about Love, Compassion, and Kindness, and the way to live together as a community. We need to be attentive and we also need a light touch in moving forward. This is very difficult. Crossing this bridge is the polarity formed by the Soul Star (the North Node of the Moon, where we meet our dharma) at 2 Cancer, with Ixion (where we find our Soul’s true purpose) at 0, the Earth Star (the South Node of the Moon, where we meet our karma) at 2, and Quaoar at 5 Capricorn. This is a turning point for humanity, and the conditions are ripe for us to use new paradigms, new ways of thinking. The decisions we make today will change the future for humanity. As stated by CNN TV anchor Chris Cuomo on April 6, 2020, we will get through this situation “together, as ever, as one.”
