Because you live in the advantageous observer’s perch, you’ve very likely already moved your Self into new territory. You may appear to be ahead of the game, but no one escapes the shadow battle that is upon us now. Your particular encounter is with your emotional Self. Remember not to identify with anything you feel. You are NOT your feelings. However, your feelings can be the very important fuel that gets you back to your center IF you can let them come up and move through your being without restriction. This is a personal experience, no need to share it, and don’t even try to understand it with your mind. The mind is undergoing a shift into higher gear, and from there it is going to merge with your newly cleansed emotional Self.
