As multiple planets entered Aries this month, the Fire Horse surge has increased, both personally and collectively. The cosmic invitation is to stand in your sovereign Self, living from your own Inner Authority, where decisions, actions, and directions arise from your inner knowing rather than external influences or conditioning.
April 17 – New Moon in Aries @ 4:52am PDT. With a stellium of seven planets in Aries, this is a high energy gateway that propels you forward as you forge a new path. Bring it! Chiron and Eris help you transcend old limitations and rise up to be seen and heard by courageously taking bold actions. The healing is in doing, showing up, speaking up and dropping the old storyline that kept you small. If you knew you wouldn’t fail, what would you do?
Let the Fire Horse run free… yes to this, yes to that, whatever calls you forward in a visceral way. You will know what’s real for you, as it’s a inside job. The healing potential is tremendous when you act your way into aligned thinking, rather than living in your head, trying to figure out your next steps. You may be operating from an old identity that was focused on blending in or looking good, rather than daring to lead by being who you really are.
The world has changed and will rapidly continue to do so, and it’s time to trust yourself, come out of hiding and step forward in a new way. You are the creator of your reality, moving from the vision into activation. The new era that we’re entering calls for a new consciousness, showing up so others can find you.
April 18 – Mercury sextile Pluto. This generates deep thinking, research and focused energy, intense conversations and detective work, digging to get more info or the real story. You can transform your thought process, perspective, create breakthroughs or gain deep insights. The mind is busy and Pluto will focus it like a laser beam. Use this well, as it can be very productive for accomplishing tasks, but be mindful not to drain others if you are on a fact-finding mission :))
April 19-21 – A Mercury, Mars, Saturn triple conjunction. This is an energy of purpose. Mercury has ideas and agendas, Mars wants to take off and get going, while Saturn demands organization, strategy, commitment, and a plan to build something lasting. So this is the convergence of three planets in fiery Aries, but Saturn will either frustrate Mercury and Mars (who want to go and communicate) or it will ground the energy by forcing practical actions or a boundary of some kind.
Saturn is your friend, even if it seems to get in the way sometimes. Slow down and think things through before you commit to anything involved. Actions taken during this period carry lasting impact, so move with clarity and intention. Saturn will help with that. If you face a delay, a “no” or a perceived setback, trust in Divine Timing and the reason for the obstacle will be revealed later. Saturn can slow things down to create a reality check, which will be helpful for clarity.
April 19-May 20 – Sun in Taurus (6:30pm PDT). The Sun moves into slow, calm, practical Taurus and you will feel a shift in the energy. The earth, nature, food, comfort, routines, your things, pleasure and leisure are all sources of relaxation and grounding. This is a sensual energy that sees no need to rush, which will be an interesting counterbalance to the speedy Aries energy.
With Venus in it’s home sign of Taurus, sensory nourishment will provide a respite if life is moving too fast for you. Sit in a garden, take a bath with essential oils, have a massage, get fresh flowers, eat delicious food—whatever soothes your senses will be your refuge. Embodiment is a Taurus superpower, as is patience and devotion. From the simple things to abundance; enjoy them all.
April 23 – Venus conjunct Uranus. Venus rules what you value: beauty, style, relationships, creativity, your Self—and this is a shakeup, experimentation and/or pattern-breaking. Because it’s a harmonious aspect, this can be lively, fun or wandering into new territory. In relationships, you can shift old paradigms and routines where you feel constricted or bored. Uranus is the energy of liberation – get out of the box and refresh your social life and the joys of life.
April 23-May 18 – Venus in Gemini. Venus is a social butterfly in Gemini. This is the networker who loves communication, connections and interactions. It’s curious, open and flexible, with a light touch that serves alliances, negotiations, media and fun. This Venus knows how to handle change with grace, playfulness and a network of resources.
Focus on diving into new ventures and coming out of your protective shell to reveal even more of your unique authenticity. Start from where you are, utilize what you’ve got and go after what you want. Take a risk and be your Self so you will attract your new soul family members (what a thrill!). They will find you when you show up, as community will be the name of the game in the years to come (online and in person). Stay tuned…
