WHY IS THE WORLD AXIS SO IMPORTANT? – THE TURNING OF TIME
Today is Cinco de Mayo—the 5th of May—and the number 5 quietly whispers its truth through the field all day long. Five is the number of humanity… the number of the body… the number of lived experience. It is where Spirit meets form and becomes something we can feel, touch, and know. And it is here, on Earth, that this meeting point is made possible through one of the most profound structures in astrology—the World Axis.
The World Axis is not simply a set of degrees on a chart. It is the Cross of Matter itself—the living architecture that allows consciousness to become embodied. It is where the great axes intersect, forming the sacred crossroads through which life as we know it becomes possible.
At its core, the World Axis is the meeting point of two fundamental orientations of existence: the Axis of Consciousness and the Axis of Relationship.
