2026 Capricorn Full Moon –  June 29, 2026 –  7:56pm EDT – 8 Capricorn 14′

The Moon is disposed by Saturn, who is currently resonating with a lot of 5D consciousness and also forming a Power Crossroads with the Moon/Quaoar, the Sun/Sirius, and MakeMake. Specifically, Saturn is currently in Aries sitting between Salacia and Pallas Athena, in intimacy with Astraea, forming a resource with Ceres and an intersection with Quaoar and Sirius and a great eliminator with Orcus.   This is not a tight crossroads as the Moon and the Sun with Saturn have a 6 degree orb, however no one can argue that Saturn’s influence is substantial at this time.

Saturn is the Inner Guru and Capricorn is the Divine Director, so we know that all these 5D aspects are meant to deliver us to a deeper connection to our spiritual power.   This is where we take ownership of our experience, our connection to Source and all that is, and step more fully into our creative power.   With a power crossroads, we are being asked to stand in the center of the confusion or uncertainty and channel our power.  From this place of authority we can confidently take our next step.  We will know what to do from a deep place within our soul.  MakeMake is the 5D consciousness of Saturn, so it’s as if the power crossroads is giving us the opportunity to really move towards a true balance of power- one that aligns with cosmic order and not abiding by arbitrary 3D rules of order.

The bottom line is this- Saturn wouldn’t be holding court with so much 5D consciousness if the plan was to keep on doing things with a 3D consciousness.  Getting centered and tapping into the threshold of higher consciousness and then taking action in alignment with spirit is the charge presented to us at this time.

Mercury is stationing retrograde on the same day as the Full Moon.  Mercury is currently in Cancer, refraining from starting a new cycle with Jupiter and moving back towards the Sun.  In Cancer, Mercury is disposed by the Moon.   As the Moon is currently disposed by Saturn, while Saturn in Aries is disposed by Mars.  Mars is in Gemini, disposed by Mercury.  Everything is influencing each other, which means Moon and emotions are influencing our mind, however the Inner Guru (Saturn) is reminding us to be the authority of our inner experience (we are not our thoughts nor are we our emotions).  Mars in Gemini is asking us to take action only when we are in alignment with our higher mind- with unity consciousness.  The invitation here is to be the authority of your mind.   Our thoughts tend to influence our emotions, which in turn impact our actions, so it’s imperative to check in with ourselves and assess where we are operating from- our lower self, or our Higher Self?

Everyone probably remembers the long stretch of harmonious aspects that occurred between Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, with resources between each of them.  These resources have returned, and are aspecting this Full Moon.  Notably, Neptune is forming an intersection with the Moon and the Sun.  Neptune is where uncertainty or things feeling undefined gives way to certainty, and where delusion shifts to enlightenment.    With an intersection, we can spend an endless amount of time deciding which way to go, weighting pros and cons, and letting our fear have undue influence over our decision making process.  Ultimately, it goes back to getting centered and connecting to our truth- our deep knowing of which way to go.   The Uranus/Neptune/Pluto aspects continue to impact in the next Full Moon which will be part of an eclipse wormhole, so whatever comes up during this time isn’t going away any time soon and likely will accelerate during the wormhole.

Overall, this Full Moon asks us to connect to our higher mind and our higher power and to think from this place, love from this place and take action from this place.  When fear creeps in, remember that only love is real.

Journaling Prompts for the Full Moon in Capricorn:

  • Where am I giving my authority away? What would it look like to reclaim it?
  • What would it feel like to be my own guru? How would I think and act if I authority over my mind?
  • If I were completely centered in my own spiritual authority, what would my next steps be?
  • Where is fear asking to be replaced with love?
