The Wormhole Opens
Every year there are two (sometimes three) eclipse passages that take two months to get through. I call these periods wormholes because they are passages that provide major shortcuts through space and time. They transport us into another level of ourselves.
During these weeks, time feels different. Old patterns accelerate toward completion. New possibilities emerge with surprising speed. Synchronicities increase. Life seems to arrange experiences that invite us to release one level of consciousness while stepping into another. It organizes itself around exactly the experiences required for our next stage of evolution. What would unfold over many months occurs within a matter of weeks because the evolutionary current itself has intensified.
This year’s wormhole opens with the Cancer New Moon on July 14 at 21° Cancer and remains active until September 11, when it closes at 19° Virgo. Between those two gateways lie two extraordinarily powerful eclipses that reflect major evolutionary shifts, gradually revealing the consciousness that this New Moon seeds today.
