We are in Libra season, with the focus on relationships and others, which is really a mirror for the Self if you care (or dare) to be introspective. Mercury and Venus will be busy this week, shaping what you do and don’t want, so you can decide what to do about it. The focus will be on your values, thoughts, communications, $$, self-worth and relationships.
Oct 4 – Venus conjunct South Node in Virgo. This invites you to notice if you diminish, abandon or disrespect your Self by prioritizing the needs of others over yours as a way of life. If anything is out of balance (a pattern), this is a good time to make decisions about how to create a more honoring way of living, especially if you’re the one continuously sacrificing, rescuing and unconsciously enabling others.
Undervaluing yourself includes $$ (undercharging, overspending as compensation) and under-appreciating your worth in general. Contemplation: what beliefs are you holding that impede how you value your Self, your relationships and affect your quality of life in an undesirable way?
Oct 6-29 – Mercury in Scorpio. Deep is the new black with Mercury in Scorpio. This is the detective Mercury, highly intuitive and introspective, who wants the real story and will dig, seeking details and hidden agendas. Surface info won’t do; watch for game-changing info to be revealed and this is perfect for shadow work, shamanic healing, mystery traditions and other healing modalities that access the unconscious or higher realms beyond 3D.
Transformational Scorpio can take you into the underworld, but you arise with newfound wisdom that provides you with a new perspective, and you see like never before. Plus, Mercury in Scorpio with a committed focus never gives up, so if you set your intention and take aligned actions, it will lead you forward. This is soul work; just don’t put a timeline on it (ego).
Oct 6 – Full SuperMoon in Aries @ 8:48pm PDT. This fiery SuperMoon in Aries is big, brilliant and emotional—also called The Harvest Full Moon, it’s the first lunation following the Eclipses. A Full Moon can bring things to light or it can be the culmination of prior actions and decisions. Watch the energies rise as we approach the Full Moon and be mindful of your triggers. Self-care is primary.
Aries is the maverick, the pioneer, the warrior, and this impulsive energy you wants it your way—direct, action-oriented, NOW. Libra is the other-oriented sign of peace, harmony, balance and beauty. Libra is “the mirror,” that seeks compromise, strategy and loves a win-win (a Libra dream come true!) The goal is to be able to create or get what you want while harmoniously maintaining your relationships.
The Aries-Libra axis and dynamic is independence (me) vs. the other (we). Assess how you take action and assert yourself without becoming a steamroller vs. your willingness to compromise without sacrificing your needs. See what needs adjusting, if anything, to balance your personal will and relational skills, thereby making you more effective in your life, as well as in the world. This isn’t about anyone else’s ideals; it’s about your empowered creation and connection with others.
An extreme expression of Aries is the lone wolf or solo act, never needing anyone—and extreme Libra is codependent, always in reaction to others for cues and approval. Those are two ends of a continuum with many expressions in between, that are determined by who is involved. Notice what works for you and what doesn’t, as this is a powerful time to make needed relationship adjustments or to do your thing.
The Aries Full Moon is ruled by Mars in powerful Scorpio. I told you about Taylor Swift with her Mars in Scorpio and how this Mars will set a goal, then plot and plan to fulfill it’s mission. It’s got staying power like no other and now it has Mercury in Scorpio on the team. Mars (actions/will) and Mercury (mind and communications) in Scorpio are covert, playing things close to the vest until they are ready to reveal what they’re planning, thinking, doing. Aries is “just do it!” but Mars in Scorpio will contain and focus the energy to be more strategic and measured, thereby making it much more powerful. Use this well!
Jupiter is squaring the Full Moon in Aries, that amplifies the energy of the Full Moon. This can create optimism and inspire you to take a leap of faith or it can manifest as over-confidence or overdoing it. If you feel ready to go, take your vision, make a plan and use the 24-hour rule (or more) before taking action to test the Jupiter hype. If it’s still there, tap into that Scorpio energy and create a strategy and look what’s next…
Oct 7 – Mercury square Pluto. This energy is like a dog with a bone; the mind is obsessed with solving a problem, making something happen or figuring something out. You may have intense conversations that rock your world. Mercury-Pluto can show up as pressure re: info, manipulation, control, secrets, leaks or weaponized words. This already feels like daily occurrence, but some bombshell will likely come out. You can use this energy for deep exploration, research, and to focus on your Full Moon plan, but avoid conflicts, disagreements and the need to be right in any discourse. Walk away and easy does it…
Oct 8 – Venus sextile Jupiter. This is a harmonious connection of two planets that create connection, abundance, love and blessings. Venus in Virgo can relate to service and Jupiter in Cancer is nurturing, so think of how you might bless others with your presence, companionship, care or gratitude (another Jupiter expression). This is a great day for productive conversations when you may call in partners and expand your world to serve your path forward. At the least, appreciate the simple pleasures that make your life beautiful and abundant.

Continuing energies…
Saturn Retrograde in Pisces until mid-Feb ’26, either highlighting what needs completion, release or where there’s still work to do. Maybe you’re learning a skill, a new topic, building something or climbing a mountain of some kind, but hopefully it’s a labor of love. It usually is if you’re aligned with your path and purpose, unless you’re in the “paying your dues” phase. Nevertheless, it is leading you somewhere.
Neptune is on the World Axis (0º Aries), the beginning of the zodiac for the next month, so everything from the arts, media, imagination, collective consciousness, oceans and all forms of water, propaganda, confusion and smokescreens are possible on the world stage. Also, compassion, empathy, selfless service and unconditional love. It can express as high or low.
Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are all in harmony, magically weaving a web of innovative creativity that will ultimately change the way we operate. This speaks to technology, medical advances and a myriad of futuristic solutions that will propel us forward. Again, we don’t know what we don’t know.
Jupiter (expansion) will trine Saturn (structure) from late Sept ’25 – early Jan ’26. This is very productive for moving forward by expanding your world, while still maintaining a sense of stability and security. A harmonious balance of methodical growth, which is a blessing in the midst of rapid changes.
