For the week of January 2 – 8, 2017

Happy New Year to All!  After the final crescendo and completion to a profoundly transformational year (and 9 year cycle), we’re standing at the threshold of a brand new world.  Our willingness to dive deep, to confront and let go of the habitual attachments to our old ways of operating in the world, have wiped the slate clean and prepared us for a new beginning.  This is the moment to usher in the unknown, to welcome the unprecedented, and to allow space for the highest vision and wildest dreams to manifest.  We can’t know where we’re going because we’ve never been there before, not like this.  Everything has changed.  We are evolving towards unified liberation and freedom as our choices become more and more refined, from the heart.

Love is all there is.  When we live from the heart, we move in resonance with universal truth, which delivers cosmic law, restores divine order on our planet, and untangles the karmic threads of illusion.  Living from the heart doesn’t mean we ignore the events and circumstances that appear chaotic and disruptive in our world, we can use those events to open our hearts even more to compassion, allowing our inner landscape of love and grace to shine brightly as medicine for the planet.  Everything that occurs in our space is an opportunity to expand our own heart’s capacity to experience and generate love.   Our hearts are the universal conduits for magic and beauty, and anything is possible when we honor that sacred transformational and alchemical vessel.

The vibrational frequency of Universal Love is the most powerful force of energy available to us in the cosmos.  And since our hearts have the capacity to generate Love from any experience, then our hearts contain infinite potential to alter the universe.  Our conscious commitment to refining our hearts IS the key to transforming our reality.

Nothing is more important than the health of our hearts.  When we don’t tend to our own hearts, when we ignore ourselves in exchange for pursuing outer distractions or dramas, our hearts begin to shut down, close up, and eventually stop.  The rhythm and pulse that each heart beat creates is the music that dances our spirit through this incarnation, it animates the physical body with movement, passion, soul, and love.  When we lose that rhythm, we lose ourselves, and lose our sense of “home”.  In this physical incarnation, our physical home is connected to our relationship with our physical body.  When our heart stops beating, we leave this physical realm.  It’s important to tune in and listen to what moves our own hearts.  Knowing and feeling what inspires us is equally as important as tuning into what disconnects us from our own music and passion for self and home.

This is the year for returning home to ourselves, and as we do, we return to a higher vibration of collective Love on the planet.  The great awakening shift that’s occurring on the planet right now is the reunification within our own hearts, and our commitment to honoring, loving, and caring deeply for ourselves, unconditionally.  As we do, we confront all of the patterns and experiences that have ever created the need to disconnect out of survival or fear.  We know now that there’s nothing to fear, and that the old fear based reactionary patterns of disconnecting from ourselves are the very patterns that have created the cycle of recurring karma, which has blocked us from manifesting our vision.  Our most important work right now is to be deeply present with ourselves and mindfully observe any tendency to vacate or shut down our hearts, while opening and expanding into our new commitment to unconditional self Love, which is the Aquarian theme in Cosmic Consciousness.  The practice of unconditional Self Love IS the awakening of Divine Love and humanity’s evolution.

As the Great Awakener planets are stationing (Uranus stationed direct last week and Eris will next week), our relationship with the disruptive energy is shifting.  We are now beginning to awaken to our potential and the potential in all things, events, and people.   When we receive each moment with an open pure heart and an unconditional willingness to be the catalyst and transformational agent, we expand our potential to generate Divine Love on the planet.   Every moment is alchemy, and there is nothing too dense or heavy to be transmuted by Love.  The more we love ourselves, the more committed we are to elevating the vibrational environment around us.  It matters, and we know we have the power to do so.  It’s not an obligation that takes our focus away from ourselves, it’s an act of self Love and conscious service.

The week begins on Monday with some very interesting and high frequency aspects.  Venus and Quoaor are in a resource together at 29 Aquarius and 29 Sagittarius respectively.  In Cosmic Consciousness, 29 degrees of any sign is the opportunity for mastery, wisdom, and wholeness of that sign’s archetype.  Venus represents the heart and emotional body, and 29 degrees Aquarius represents the wholeness of the archetype that awakens consciousness to unconditional Love, where Self Love IS Divine Love.  And Quaoar is the archetype that connects our paradigm to the infinite realm where anything is possible.  29 Sagittarius is the highest victory that seeks the truth and clears the decks of all distractions, limiting beliefs and karmic drama.  This is a very important resource that supports us in the final upgrade and redesign of our new collective paradigm shift.  Also, Venus is in a Great Eliminator with Varuna, which gives the heart access to the highest realms of vision and truth as we navigate choices and choose from the heart.   Options that may have appeared hidden in our blindspot are suddenly revealed, giving us access to greater clarity.

On Tuesday, Venus enters Pisces at 0 degrees Pisces, the degree of purity.  Our hearts enter the fools territory, which is the most magical and fortuitous place to be.  Wide open, trusting, and free…our hearts have the capacity to access the infinite realm of unlimited possibility and uninhibited expression of Love.  If there is nothing to fear, how much love can we allow to express with freedom, playfulness, innocence, and endearing devotion?  The fool’s heart is childlike, pure, and untethered.  This is the magic of a heart calibrated to Christ Consciousness, the Pisces realm.

Venus then forms a resource with Mercury, unifying heart and mind at the world axis for a beautiful calibration that once again grounds and integrates our new operating system into the purest heart.  Mercury is in his final days of retrograde cycle, and the upgrade is almost complete.  On Wednesday, Mercury retrogrades back into Sagittarius, for a final sweeping and clearing of any old attachments or threads of karmic energy, like a victory lap of truth, as he conjoins with Quaoar in a new cycle.  This is THE New Paradigm Shift taking root and starting a brand new chapter, from the highest point of clarity, wisdom, and truth…right on the Galactic Center.

Thursday is a Venus Pallus conjunction, starting a new cycle of powerful wisdom motivating and driving the heart, as Venus then moves into a Great Eliminator with Make Make on Friday.  That powerful wisdom guides the heart in making a choice in alignment with higher divine law, right timing and right action.

On Saturday, the Sun and Pluto conjoin in a new cycle at 17 Capricorn, activating the upcoming Mercury Pluto conjunction on January 29th.  Our consciousness is already being resurrected and elevated, ready to support the integration process of this massive new shift and rebirth of our whole operating system.  Life will never be the same, and we’re ready for the road ahead.  We’ve known this shift was coming for quite some time, and now it’s finally manifesting.

On the same day, Venus conjoins with the South Node (Earth Star Chakra) and our pure awakened hearts start a new cycle in relationship with our ancestral lineage and karmic story.  As we return home to the purity of our own hearts, and commit to unconditionally loving ourselves, we can then reconnect with our past story and create a new relationship with our roots.  When we open our hearts to our past, we open the door for a brand new future.  When we return home to our roots with a pure heart, all that we see is transmuted with Love, and what was once heavy and dense is now the divine expression of unconditional Love.  There’s nothing to run from or disconnect from anymore, we are home, we are whole, and we are Love.  As we Love our roots, we transcend the karmic density of the Earth.  This is the resurrection of the Earth and the liberation from suffering.

On Sunday 1/8, Mercury goes direct at the Galactic Center at 28 Sagittarius.  This is such a big day…our operating system has synched up with our new world paradigm, and it’s time to move forward and integrate.  The next few weeks are implementing the new upgrades, working out the kinks, and navigating the practical application through each and every moment with mindfulness, equanimity, and compassion.  On January 29th, Mercury conjoins with Pluto in a new cycle, and we will begin to see ourselves and the world born anew through the lens of our new paradigm!

The practice this week is to tend to your heart, whatever it takes.  No matter what is occurring in the world around you, keep your undivided attention in your own heart, and observe the patterns and reactions.   Anything that creates a knee jerk reaction to disconnect, shut down, or avoid is an opportunity for transformation to the new upgraded operating system.  This is the time to mindfully clear the old roots and karmic loops that have separated you from you, and it’s time to return home to the truth of your heart, settle in, plant roots, and nourish your capacity to receive and give Love from that space.   Nothing is more important now.  This week is about the current health of your heart, which is the most precious asset we each contain in this lifetime.  Tune in, get connected, and commit to a new daily practice of self care.  It’s the most important practice that will absolutely transform the world!

For the week of December 26, 2016 – January 1, 2017

As we transition this week from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day, we are each being held in the still point of the portal of truth, the giant pause before a brand new chapter and a whole new expression of ourselves and the Earth.  We are in the final moments of completion of the previous 9 year cycle, and once we step forward into the new vibration, there’s no going back.  The only place to be, moving forward, is here, now.   Fully present, eyes and hearts wide open, unattached and full of grace.

This is the year of the global paradigm shift, and we’ve been preparing ourselves for it for lifetimes.  This is the great awakening we all came to witness and midwife, the moment of realization that we are one, nothing is separate, and Love is the unifying force that heals, restores, and returns us to our highest truth, which is home.  Nothing is more important, and our full participation is being called forth.  This is the shift that clears the weight and gravity of all of our ancestral karmic density and debt.

Last year was a profound year of personal awakening, and this year expands that theme out into the world for a massive collective awakening of Cosmic Consciousness on our planet.  The only way we can move forward into a new possibility of ANYTHING is to be in intimate relationship with the current moment, exactly as it is now, and to see it all with clear vision and an open heart of compassion.

There is nothing to fear.  In fact, if we try to “change” what we see, we only create more resistance, inflammation, and defensiveness.   The way to create a sustainable shift in the new world is to embrace what is, to see the fullness of every event and expression, without reacting from ego or fear, and to be the vibrational response of Love.  Allowing a new possibility to emerge instead of forcing an agenda.  We must cease the reactionary ego wars that play out through our own thoughts, words and actions, whether directed towards ourselves or others, in private or public, and learn a new way of being present with ourselves and each other.

As we become more present, our experience of reality starts to shift.   The presence and vibration of the observer shifts the actual event being observed.  We are responsible for the way we view our world and the thoughts we believe about what’s happening in our world.   There is no greater way to support this global awakening than to get deeply present, from the heart, and open unconditionally to all that is unfolding now.

Reality isn’t static or fixed, it’s blossoming open in front of our eyes like a flower, opening infinitely to reveal hidden layers, messages, meanings and perspectives.  At the core of every flower is Love.   At the root of all suffering is Love.   The seed of every heart is Love.   If we believe anything different, we’re denying the greatest possible manifestation of Christ Consciousness on our planet.  Every threat, judgment, harsh word, or destructive action contains the potential for Love, if we can allow the layers of reaction to shed and go deeper.

When we buy into anything other than love, if we believe the drama and projections and hold those at “truth”, we can’t see the deeper story that’s unfolding.  Love is being restored on the planet now, it’s always been here.  We’ve become so distracted by the appearances of chaos and drama that we’ve forgotten that we live in a spiritual world manifested as a physical experience.   The current of divine energy that connects everything together is Spiritual Love, and it is present in all things physical, always.

As the collective consciousness awakens, the current experience of “reality” could feel disruptive and unstable.  Chaos precedes transformation.   We are in the midst of radical change, death and rebirth.  As light workers, it’s important to remain grounded in the light of a deeper truth, especially when things appear messy, uncomfortable, and uncertain.  We are collectively creating something new, ushering in the potential for light where historically there was shadow.   If we’re looking for evidence that we’re on the right track or that it will all be ok, we must remember that we’re the pioneers.

The path hasn’t made itself known yet, we’re manifesting it with our own thoughts, moment to moment.   Now isn’t the time to plan out a grand agenda as if we think we know what’s coming…that agenda would only take us where we’ve been previously.  We’re blindfolded, navigating new terrain, being moved by our heart, divinely guided by spirit and vibration.  This is the new way of walking upon the Earth, and every step grounds Cosmic Consciousness into the soil, like bread crumbs and seeds for all to see.   That manifestation may not reveal itself immediately, so it’s important to trust and keep moving.

The week begins with a Jupiter Uranus bridge on Monday and a Mercury Neptune resource.  Jupiter is a social consciousness planet, bringing us collectively into partnership with the Great Awakener.  Bridges in 3D appear like opposition or conflict, but when we access the full potential of this 5D dynamic, we can walk across a strong and steady bridge of unification.  Recently our personal planets have aspected Uranus and Eris for moments of unexpected events and awakenings.  Jupiter and Saturn move much slower than our personal planets, so this bridge is signifying a larger period or chapter versus a single event.  The Mercury (retrograde) resource dials us into communications with the Neptune Orcus bridge, which is still very active, intersected by Antares, bringing the shadow into everything.  We have the choice of how we want to perceive, interpret and respond to all messages as the veils are lifting.  All information is neutral.   Our response to each message is what either generates more karma or delivers us to the light of higher perspective as love in action.   This particular resource is an opportunity to revisit and reframe how we operate and respond when the veils begin to lift, especially when the revealing occurs unexpectedly.

Tuesday 12/27 is a Sun Mars resource, and Wednesday 12/28 is a Mercury Sun inferior conjunction occurring at 8 Capricorn, activating the New Moon the next day, and also a Mercury Mars resource.   This is very significant, especially because Mercury and Mars represent the Mind/Body connection.  As we elevate our interpretations and responses to the events around us, our physical body (and the earth) reflects that light of higher consciousness, which we can use as new fuel.   This is a new way of generating our own sustainable energy through the mind/body connection.  Our elevated consciousness creates higher vibrational thoughts, which manifest as light in physical form.  We can recycle and transmute anything in our physical world by shifting to a higher consciousness, and aligning our thoughts, words, and actions.  This IS the shift that creates a brand new world.

Thursday 12/29 is the New Moon in Capricorn and the Uranus Station.    Since the Mercury Sun inferior conjunction activated the 8 degree Capricorn New Moon, this is a huge new cycle of what’s to come when we awaken to a higher consciousness and deeply root ourselves into the Earth.  In Cosmic Consciousness, Capricorn is the earth sign of Spiritual Power, and it’s the archetype of the divine director, where our higher authority delivers the themes and messages of a higher order.   Uranus is the great awakener of that new consciousness, and is the ruler of Aquarius, which delivers us to the future, which IS the vibration and oneness of Divine Spiritual Love.  It is not only our birthright, it is our truth.  Anytime we forget this truth, we experience suffering.   As we awaken, we return to unity and love.   This New Moon in a brand new “1” year vibration IS the theme of these next 9 years.  We are awakening to all the ways we’ve forgotten that we are unconditionally loved AS the expression of Divine Love, and this awakening delivers us to the Aquarian Age and the New Earth.  In fact, on New Year’s Eve, the moon will be in Aquarius, which is extremely significant.  The New Year is being ushered in by the vibration of Spiritual Love.  So beautiful!!!

Sunday 1/1 brings us powerfully into the “1” vibration of 2017.  1’s are new beginnings, leadership, pioneering spirit, the courageous spark of manifestation that births something from nothing.  This truly is the most exciting time to be alive here on Earth, and ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.  Mars and Neptune are in a super conjunction at 9 Pisces, activating the Neptune Orcus bridge.  Mars in Pisces brings our physicality into the infinite realm of Christ Consciousness where all things are possible.   Transparency of anything reveals potential, and clarity is the key to physical transformation.   There’s nothing to hold onto, everything must be shed and revealed so that our purest essence can manifest with clarity.

The practice this week is to allow yourself to be held in the still point of this massive portal of truth, allowing your Self and all of your cells to be calibrated to the light codes of new consciousness that are being birthed on the planet.  Take the time to slow down and pause, resting deeper and deeper into this rich stillness.  The holidays can be full of busy, fast paced movement and distraction, and this particular week is so important for so many reasons.  Let go of what you think you “should” be doing, surrender the need to make specific declarations and agendas about what’s next, and simply be here now, fully present.   Dive deeper into your meditation practice, or establish a new daily practice of sitting still, breathing, and observing.  Now is the time to sit with the truth of what is, and develop the art of equanimity, releasing the ego’s reactions of fear, aversion, or craving, and fine tuning the unconditional response of love.  When we can be fully present with whatever is occurring, with an open mind and compassionate heart, we can truly allow ourselves to be divinely guided and moved as Love in Action, in service, for All.

For the week of December 19 – 25, 2016

We’re stepping into a profound week of life altering awakenings that shake up the very root of our core beliefs, calling us to revisit the original voice of authority that has shaped and designed the patterns of our operating system.  Mercury stations to go retrograde, and we’re dismantling the old attachments to outdated or misaligned information that we’ve been blindly assuming and projecting as our reality.  In order to create a brand new paradigm, we must first revisit the roots of the one we’ve been living under, and see it all with fresh open eyes.  Only then can we eliminate and clear the limitations that have bound us to our karmic patterns.  It’s time to wake up and realize our limitlessness and the power we have to create change.

For the week of December 12 – 18, 2016:

Get ready for a wild and crazy ride ahead!  Like an unexpected lightning storm waking up the dark night sky, the week starts off with intense flashes of shocking light, followed by sound waves that produce delayed response and secondary communications reverberating through time and space.  Our undivided attention is being requested this week as we’re being delivered to the Super Full Moon in Gemini, preparing for the Mercury Station and the start of Mercury’s retrograde journey the following Monday.

The theme this week is the awakening and integration of multidimensional communications.  Light travels much quicker than sound waves, and sound travels much quicker than physical sensation.  Our 3 major channels of communications are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, and the speed of delivery occurs fastest in that order (of course speed is only perceived from the physical dimension, 5D has no time, everything is occurring simultaneously).  By the time we feel something tangibly in our bodies, or connect in physical relationship, we’ve already been in contact with that particular communication and vibration of energy.  Similarly, before any chronic physical disease appears in the body, the vibrational communication has already been occurring and creating that dialogue.

Nothing demonstrates the perceived time delays in communications better than a lighting storm.   The flash of light seems to occur first, followed by the rumble of thunder, which makes us physically jump as a result.  But the light and sound are occurring simultaneously.   Our physical bodies perceive the time delay because of the physical dimension of time and space.

Oftentimes, we sense and know that change is coming, well before we actually see, hear, or feel the evidence of what’s manifesting.  We are manifesting and choreographing what’s occurring next, nothing is happening by random chance.   One might tend to lose faith or trust when the physical proof seems to be taking a long time to manifest.   It can be tempting to give up and walk away from an intention or dream, frustrated and irritated at the perceived time delay, and drastically change direction or course of action in attempts to shake things up and make things happen.  If we can learn to tune in to the more subtle cosmic rhythms and communications, we can observe all that is occurring simultaneously in this moment, and gain insight of what’s to come, what’s in motion, and what’s delaying.

When we recognize that our consciousness is pure light, and the language of the heart is love, communicated through light, we can tune into a simpler frequency of communication, which is the frequency of light.  Light is the fastest messenger available to us here, and it is the messenger of Love.  Natural light can’t be imitated or manufactured, and divine love is the most precious and powerful force of energy available to us in the universe.   When we learn to communicate through the universal language of the heart, we are communicating through the pure consciousness of truth, with clarity.

This week begins with an intense lightning storm on Monday: a Sun Uranus manifestation, followed by a Sun Chiron stepping stone, and a Sun Ceres manifestation.   That’s a lot of light, and a lot of consciousness.   Uranus (the ruler of Aquarius) is the great awakener of consciousness, brining the future into the now, and activating the intercellular communication of Spiritual Love.  When the lighting bolts strike on Monday, we will each be affected very personally, at the cellular level, awakening our own inner dialogue and inner communications to a new consciousness and a brand new possibility of Unconditional Self Love.

When our cells operate at the frequency of Divine Love, there is nothing to heal or fix.   Divine Love is the love of God, and it is pure grace.   When the communication between our individual trillions of cells resonate as the vibration and manifestation of Love, there is unity, wholeness and harmony.  Every cell operates for the good of the whole, in service.  When the collective population, billions of people on the planet, communicate as the embodiment of Love, humanity is delivered to unity, wholeness, and harmony…through brotherly Love, freedom, respect, and Oneness with All…Oneness with Divine Love.  Each individual becomes the embodiment of Love in Action, just as each individual cell operates as Love in Action.

Tuesday is the Super Full Moon in Gemini, which is the last full moon of the “9” year of completion, delivering us to Mercury’s upcoming retrograde journey, followed by his meeting with Pluto, wiping the slate clean before we enter a brand new year and a brand new “9” year cycle.  Mercury is the ruler of Gemini, and is The Great Messenger, the operating system of the higher mind that interprets and coordinates all of our communications, within our own lower 4 body system, and with the world around us.  Gemini is multifaceted, multidimensional, and brilliantly creative, expansive and quick.  In Cosmic Consciousness, Gemini is the multifaceted prism or diamond, manifested and refined under extreme pressure, expressing as the mental wisdom of Love in Action, where mind and heart merge.  Gemini has the potential to be everywhere at once, through various dimensions of time and space, when grounded in the still point of the heart.   The infinite universe is accessible and available to Gemini, through the portal (and the cockpit) of the heart.

The Full Moon on Tuesday 12/13 is awakening and calibrating our capacity to communicate multidimensionally, through light codes, from the heart…in a way that is clear, recognizable, and decipherable.  We are learning to listen and speak without the need for words, before a word can even be formed or spoken.   Words now will be used to give dimension and color to the art of language, but unnecessary as a sole method of communication.   Pure light can’t be manufactured or forced, whereas words can be.  Light has integrity of truth beyond words.

Our physical bodies are the manifestation of the karmic stories, ancestral patterns, unprocessed emotional residue, thoughts and belief systems that are currently operating our lower 4 body system.  When we elevate our consciousness, we elevate the conversation that’s occurring within our lower 4 body system, which holistically changes our health.   With this week’s activation and awakening, our intercellular communication can be upgraded to a new dialogue, a more elevated and conscious frequency of light, which delivers the communication of Love into our cellular programming.   We have the potential to awaken beyond the historic programming, calibrate to a higher channel, align our cells with Love, and deliver new possibilities and unprecedented experiences into our bodies, now.   The more aligned our bodies are with light, the more we gain access to the multidimensional capabilities of communicating through universal channels, through time and space, to access past, present and future, with clarity.

Just after the Full Moon, the Sun manifests with Eris, the female awakener who facilitates transformation through inner disruption and disharmony.   The super brilliant light that activates our consciousness through the Gemini Super Moon sets off a disruption of anything at all that is inconsistent or incongruent that needs to clear.   Chaos precedes transformation, it clears away the blind spots of attachments to outdated belief systems or patterns of historic sabotage that have prevented or delayed the manifestation of our highest potential.   If we have the courage to ride the wave, we can deliver ourselves to a completely new paradigm.  This upcoming Mercury Retrograde cycle is about the reconfiguration of our individual communications to interface with and participate in a whole new universal paradigm shift.  We are being calibrated to operate as Love in Action, with each other, for the good of the whole, our planet.

The entire rest of the week is quiet, there are no major aspects.  However, we will be revisiting and reflecting on the lighting storm and Full Moon through all of our channels of communication.   The 5 days of stillness allows for the time delays and reverberations until all messages are received, processed, and fully integrated.

The practice this week is to pay attention to messages received, through dreams, intuitive knowing, through anything at all that gets your attention…and practice through all of the channels: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.  Keep a journal of insight for all messages that appear, especially anything that may be surprising or unexpected.   Listen with curiosity and conscious attention through all channels, which requires open receptivity.   Pause and allow time to digest and process what you’re receiving before speaking, responding, or making meaning.   Remember that after the lightning comes the thunder, followed by a physical response.  This is a week of clearing out any old belief systems or outdated patterns, so notice where old assumptions cloud your interpretations of messages, or throw you into an historic reactionary pattern.   Notice the message that is originally received, from a neutral perspective, and notice what beliefs and assumptions are projected into your interpretation and response.

The more you slow down and observe, the more you can clear out your own inner congestion that distracts and delays your ability to communicate with clarity.  The goal is to become the organic response of Love in Action, internally, within each of your cells.   As our cells are aligned and calibrated to the frequency of Love, our physical bodies become the manifestation of higher consciousness, which elevates the collective conversation on the planet, creating a whole new world.
