As frequencies shift in the coming days, it can be hard on the body. Many of you have been experiencing physical changes and disruptions. This is to be expected at this juncture.
The frequencies have intensified and many of you are experiencing a disorienting and disconcerting pattern at this time/space. Your body is changing on a very fundamental level. These changes will continue, but they will become easier to assimilate and less uncomfortable. You must rest and eat nutritious food. You will need it. It is akin to walking into a familiar room and discovering that it is now twice the size. You must adjust to the new dimensions, and expand into the space, so to speak. To be asked to change all you thought was “real” in mid-stream, so to speak, can be disorienting. We assure you that all is proceeding as it should.
There is nothing you need to do except to allow. Allow this process to continue; do not attempt to overthink it. Self-care, as always, is essential.
You, the humans, chose to experience this separateness, this physicality. That experience does not stop your essential Self for being exactly what it truly is. You simply stepped into a role with great conviction. The time for Awakening is at hand. You recognize the Truth in this. Be ready, be heartful. Be without fear. Continue to be the Light that you are.
No need for shame or frustration over ego’s childlike behavior and struggles. The Directive for Separation left each of you with fail-safe mechanisms, lest you be released from the directive too easily and too soon, leaving lessons unlearned and unincorporated.
Each of you is the Nightlight in a dark hallway, dear ones, not Times Square. It has ever been thus. Tell me now: Which has more impact?
Trust. Just remember to trust. Let your Light shine. Remember the dark hallway, and it becomes your responsibility to shine. What you see out there is indeed a reflection of you and each moment you must continue to choose love.

Everything you have known to be predictable and regulated is about to change. Do not allow those words to create fear, but instead, let excitement and joy fill your heart. Transition can often be viewed as destruction, but the old ways must perish for the New World to thrive. Each person on earth has been living lives directed by the mind. You will now be living lives directed by Spirit and Heart, and this opens you to very different choices and directions. These choices will create lives lived with congruency and service to the Higher Self. Be willing to be Whole.
Consider your choices and decisions with care, asking yourself if they fill the purpose of your Higher Self. If they do not, then they are not for you. Many changes are coming as the Gates of Strength open. Living in complete integrity with yourself, each other and the world around you will become a prime directive. Be willing to learn from the Mirrored Self.
Open your heart to allow and accept all that comes your way. Resistance clouds your path and must be released from your psyches. Ask for help when it is needed, for together, you create unity, and unity opens all doors. Be willing to be All That You Are in service to the One.

For those of you who are struggling, I want you to know that you are not alone, and I speak from personal experience. Our world is changing rapidly, and on the surface of things, it could all be construed as very scary. Think of this time as cleaning out your attic or garage. Much “stuff” has accumulated, and while you may still feel some attachment for this stuff or portions of it, if you look deeply into your heart, you will see that it no longer serves you.
The joy and excitement I feel from those who guard and guide me is palpable, and while that seems somewhat counterintuitive in this crazy time, I am assured we are doing exactly what we should be doing, collectively and individually. With each step “forward,” we take in our personal growth, we step closer to unity. Each time we reach out to another, to offer help or to ask for help, we step closer to unity. With each bit of stuff we clear, either from the “garage,” through our bodies, our job, families, whatever it might be, we step closer to unity. Keep the faith, dear ones, and trust your Higher Self. All is well.

I speak to you today from my heart with so many words struggling to make their way to you. We live in troubling and life-changing times right now. My message to you is brief and direct, and quite honestly, a bit repetitious but this is what I am directed to tell you.
Personal integrity and the willingness to dive deeply into your Shadow are critical right now. So many of us are dealing with core issues that are manifesting for clearing in a million different ways. Some have physical issues, like our beloved Stephanie, while others face different scenarios on different levels of being. We must each of us be willing, even eager, to take this next step in our journey. Our every step, every word must come from our hearts, no matter how difficult, how uncomfortable, how foreign it might feel.
I am told:
Not only do the words you speak matter more than you can possibly imagine, the actions taken as a result of these words must support and reflect the spoken word with absolute congruency. To achieve this level of congruency, one must be willing to face the mirrored self with open heart and willing mind. In knowing one’s self, embracing it fully and without judgment, one leaves behind the constraints of the dual world and enters the New World.
In this moment of time/space, you are less alone than ever before, but each step must be undertaken by your personal individuality. Each Soul must choose this New World, and in doing so, must embrace the truth and purity that entails. We ask that you consider this deeply in the coming days.
Be willing to embrace open communication, fully expressing the truth of your Higher Self. Be willing to meet difficult times with open hands and hearts. Be especially willing to ask for help when it is needed, for that creates unity and unity is your future, as you reckon time.
Truths that you have held dear must be brought into the light of this new day and re-examined with careful eyes and open heart. Much will be left behind and that begins now. Have no fear for what you will find, as your search will lead you to the true miracle that is you. We cannot stress this enough. You will enter the New World born anew, but the choice and effort to enter are yours and yours alone.
As struggle envelops you, remember that you are a Divine Spark of the One’s Light. Hold that truth close to your heart and allow the light of it to fill you with gratitude. A “secret” for you: gratitude opens the heart and leads the way.

Words matter. You have heard that before, but it is a catch phrase, commonly used but seldom completely understood. We come to you today to ask you to pause and reflect on these two words. As you allow your core issues to clear and your Higher Self to come into its Ascendency, the words you use carry a power you have yet to realize. Your words are powerful tools of creation that carry energy from you into your projected world and create thought forms.
We watch you with the infinite patience of our kind, remembering when once we were children too. As you traverse the Gate of Wisdom, ask yourselves if you are ready to step into the kind of responsibility required to lift you from thinking that your world happens to you into a place of multi – co – creativity, taking responsibility for every word you utter, every bit of creation. Would you rather be at the mercy of that which you see “out there” (in your own mind), or create from your heart?
