The more you clear your mind of fear and resistance, the more comfortable you can be in your body. Partnerships figure greatly into this equation. Pay attention to what comes up for you when you look into the mirror of your significant other. Look at you, not your partner. Take responsibility for your own thoughts and feelings and work to drop all judgment and conditionality from your consciousness. The more you do this, the more achievement you’ll find waiting for you next weekend.

Look that partner of yours right in the eye and recognize that what you see in him or her is your own reflection. We’re NOT talking about the “partner” that has let you down or turned you off. This is about the ONE in your life, partner, teacher, sister, best friend, who has stood by you through thick and thin and proven their devotion and Love for you. THAT person can show you right now, in no uncertain terms, JUST by standing there and being who they are, that you are THAT amazing being. In Truth, we can never draw to our Selves someone whose qualities we admire greatly unless they thoroughly resonate with our own.
