No one knows how difficult the path out of the past has been for you. You’ve worked so hard to get to newer, higher ground. And you are here. Resist the temptation to see things in the same old way. It’s much easier than you think to recreate the old. Count your unmistakable blessings, and stay as positive as you can about where you are right now.

This is that proverbial step backward that has to happen before taking that giant step forward.

The Full Moon on Monday shines squarely on you, and helps you to remember how empowered you truly are.
