As we move into Christmas week, we can feel the energies shifting and changing, on the personal level as well as the collective. At this moment, as Mercury pulls into his retrograde station, it seems as though just about anything might turn around…and though it’s hard to know just what or how, it’s even harder to avoid the temptation to make it up as we go. That is the one thing we must avoid at all costs. If we’re going to make it to January 1 and the triple 1 star gate that begins a major new cycle, we will need to allow the shifts that are happening to manifest, without any interference from us.
Mercury is so close to Pluto right now it’s impossible NOT to feel the major shifts that are on tap. But we are not actually in them yet, and so it is virtually impossible to actually KNOW anything about the process that is only just beginning.
It’s easy enough to tell our Selves we know, to project some mental construct out ahead, and to pretend we now have some direction and understanding. But this is what we’ve done forever, as a way to feel more comfortable and secure. We have learned, in many cases the very hard way, that there is no such thing as absolute comfort.
In fact, the most comfortable place to be right now is resting in the awareness that there is no such thing as security. Anything can change in any moment. Nothing is as we think it is. If we can embrace that Truth, we can ALLOW the unfolding, without interference, without interruption. Only those of us who manage to BE in the surrendered state of unknowing will arrive at the new beginning and actually experience something new.
When Mercury completes his retrograde journey, turns around (on the Galactic Center) and makes his way back to Pluto (on January 29), we have the most amazing opportunity to rebirth the mental body into a whole new belief system, and therefore a whole new world.
We are promised an unprecedented shift. It is literally just up ahead. But we have to allow it, and we have to BELIEVE in it. It’s Christmas! What better time to BELIEVE in what is as yet unseen?
