The Winds of Change: When the Invisible World Awakens
There is a profound wisdom contained within the ancient celebration of All Hallows’ Eve. Long before Halloween became associated with costumes, ghosts, and trick-or-treating, this season marked a sacred threshold between the harvest and the winter months. In traditions associated with Samhain, it was a time to acknowledge the completion of one cycle and prepare for the mysterious, invisible processes through which another would eventually be born.
The harvest is complete. What has grown has been gathered. What has fulfilled its purpose must be released. The Earth begins to withdraw her life force from the visible world, preparing to regenerate beneath the surface.
