Stay tuned here for the registration link for my upcoming Astrochats… It’s a new kind of workshop (2 – 3 hours) that I’ve only done live and in person before. It’s a format that lends itself well to a small zoom gathering. It includes a discussion of a current transit, something very timely and significant, followed by a one on one 15 – 20 minute reading for each person present as to how the transit is personally affecting your chart… It’s great for those who want a small reading, and even more fascinating for those who are interested in the astrology and how to read a chart. I am keeping the attendance to a small group, no more than 10 or 12 people, and it will be first come first serve. I will offer these Astrochats every other month, and if there is an overflow of people, they will be the first in the next event. I already have a list of about 8 people. We’ve been in a global. world axis event since January, and while things definitely seem to be turning around, or at least starting to, a glimpse at the months ahead reveals one unexpected twist and turn after another. In short, it’s impossible to know what comes next. But one thing’s for sure. The events of this day will rock that world axis all over again. This is one over the top day, aspect wise, and almost all of it hits the world axis, making the events we are moving through shake and quake in ways that just might serve to wake up more souls than it seems can be awakened.
There are two planetary ingresses today, though both are retrograde. That is, both Ixion and the Black Moon retrograde back into the signs they previously traveled through. Ixion has been on the world axis at 0 Capricorn with the Earth Star karmic node for a long while, and today the planet that represents the collective human purpose crosses the world axis into Sagittarius. The Node is right behind her, entering Sagittarius tomorrow. And the Node and Ixion become exactly conjunct on May 6. If that isn’t major world axis karma, I don’t know what is.
Also today Mars finds resource with Eris. Though neither of those planets is on the world axis, it does have a major shake up effect. Disruption that changes everything is the name of the game. Don’t let it scare you though. All change is disruptive, and disruption always leads to awakening of one kind or another.
Also today the Sun and Mercury come together for the superior conjunction that always occurs when Mercury is direct. And this new cycle ALSO falls on the world axis, at 15 Taurus. This promises news that delivers us to more of a grounded awareness of what’s been unfolding. The superior conjunction is disposed by Venus, and Venus is headed for a retrograde journey. What comes to the surface today in terms of news is about to go through a major unveiling, and it will take a while.
The events of today will come together in a major crescendo on Thursday, with a Full Moon just a couple of degrees away from this superior conjunction. The news this week is bound to send us all into an entirely new state of being. This promises to be quite a week.

“When we surrender, when we inwardly reconcile ourselves to those things we cannot change, we set into motion a sequence of events in a whole new direction. Included amongst these fresh events is the distinct possibility that what we gave over and could no longer cling to will return to us in another form and be redeemed in it’s sacrifice, in it’s completion, in it’s ability to let go of the past and link with something greater, even amidst sufferings and losses.
Usually it does take these chains of events, these fixed inevitables to spring us from what we have previously created and become identified within. This is especially because what we have wrought in the past is so very substantial and permeating. We come out of a lineage that is intensively real and binding. And our only way quite often to metamorphose this whole stream into where it needs to go now is to take it upon ourselves to dramatize all that it means to die unto ourselves and our worlds in a radical depth movement.
There arises on the inside a grace, a blessing, a gift that could not arise in a easier light. We do realize what it is that carries us through and what it is that stops us. We get down to a core lesson that may prove to be our springboard into an entirely different octave of existence. And at the innermost center of this ritual drama, we may be granted an ending vision of our purpose and our essential path, at a level beyond what we could dream up when we were entangled.
We are seeking here to send ourselves beyond all that we’ve ever known by entering upon earth existence at a very intense level and cracking through the collective and ancestral codes to embrace the world beyond death.”
