New Moon 4 Aquarius 21, end of the wormhole

4:41 pm EST

The passage from the Cancer Full Moon/partial solar eclipse had a real reverb effect. That Full Moon was all about where we really sit with our own sense of empowerment and inner authority. Please note—empowerment does not equal entitlement. Inner empowerment emerges when our feelings, emotions, thoughts, and highest aspirations are aligned. This is truly dharmic space, because of the clarity and neutrality we experience. We experience a “knowingness” that what is going on with us is authentic and we are fully behind it. Another note-authority does not mean superiority. Our inner authority stems from recognition that we have a right to each breath, and this in itself is the fuel that activates life.
Without breath, we are not here, because after we are born, no one else can breathe for us. We generate the power of lifeforce energy every time we breathe. Few people can stay conscious of this reality all the time and engage in everyday social life on Earth. Once seen or experienced, however, this Consciousness is nearly impossible to forget. Each time we stand on the observer’s perch on the Capricorn/Cancer bridge we have the opportunity to glimpse this Consciousness and ascend a bit more.

The New Moon marks the end of the wormhole. The Sun moved into the Aquarian part of our consciousness on January 20, and this New Moon follows suit. This is significant because while the Sun was in Capricorn our full sense of self was resonating with the Capricorn stellium (grouping of planets and points) that has been with us for a while.
With Aquarius, we move from a power (cardinal) sign, where everything is super energized and upfront to a Love (fixed) sign, where we experience our emotions as enduring and steadfast. It is in the Aquarian part of our Consciousness we learn to Love ourSelves, unconditionally. This can be quite a challenge because our egos all have reasons why at this moment nothing is quite just perfect. We then can stumble into feelings of rejection, rebel against the moment, and decide to go our own way, shielding ourselves from honest communication with others. Aquarius is where we learn to open ourselves, and by doing so, we discover community with others, across all identities, barriers, and borders. All our humanitarian feelings and hope for the future stem from knowing that the experience of unconditional LOVE rests within each of our Consciousness. We express this through compassion to ourSelves first and then to others.

Aquarius is disposed by Uranus, the collective archetype of the great awakener. We awake when we get that certain idea that “just occurs to us.” Aquarian energy is by definition innovative and future-focused. Uranus is at 3 Taurus and is in a stepping stone (square) to the New Moon. Wake-up calls are on tap during this New Moon, and they can serve as beacons for progress. Some of the messages may not be what we want to hear or expect to hear. Mercury at 14 Aquarius heightens the ability for these messages to hit the mark, with the sense that there is a true universal message coming through. Communication in all forms may feel very active, and there will be opportunities for many new beginnings. The New Moon provides a chance to re-set our emotional experience, so keeping open to all messages that we receive and being extra diligent the intent of those we are sending out is important at this time.
In resource (sextile) to the Moon are Chiron (where we whole ourselves) at 2 Aries, conjunct Salacia (where we play with light and shadow) at 3 Aries, and Black Moon Lilith (the great revealer) at 4 Aries. This potent triad opens the door for revelations about ourSelves if we are willing to be receptive. There is an opportunity for real wholing, where we realize that an integrated process of healing includes both light and dark moments for true transformation. Old issues that seemed so important once may just ripple away like the sunlight twinkling through leaves on a tree.

In manifestation (trine) to the New Moon is MakeMake (where we access universal law) at 7 Libra, easing the flow of energies around our understanding of universal principles that govern basic human behavior—whether the Ten 10 Commandments, the Eightfold Buddhist path, the moral principles of the Quran, and many others. MakeMake is a 5D planet identified in 2005, and we are just beginning to understand this planetary archetype. The promise of the Aquarian Age is a refreshed commitment to Love, Peace, Harmony, Respect, Equality, and Unity for all humanity in ways we may have a hard time seeing right now. MakeMake reminds us that we all need to contribute to this vision through our daily application of the spiritual principles and practices that are important to each of us.

The New Moon is in a polarity (opposition) to Varuna (where we access highest vision) at 3 Leo. We may be asked to step up and take the higher ground when encountering interactions that cause us to question our connection to Divine Love, our Highest Selves, or even each other. The Uranus stepping stone creates an intersection (t-square) to this polarity. Fortunately, this provides an opportunity to stand at the junction and apply our highest vision to any sudden circumstance that arises. We may feel the urge to jump at the chance for higher ground, and if we choose to do so, it is our glimpse of what can be in the future that will support us.

The dramatic backdrop of the Grand Power Crossroad (grand cardinal cross) continues, as it has for the past few months. The first leg of the crossroad is formed by polarity between MakeMake and the Black Moon Lilith/Salacia/Chiron described above. Forming the other leg is the Soul Star (Moon North Node, where we recognize our dharma) at 8 Cancer, conjunct the Fixed Star Sirius (where we access the wisdom of the Masters) at 14 Cancer in polarity with the Earth Star (Moon South Node, where we work with our karma) at 8 Capricorn. The Earth Star is conjoining with or travelling with seven planets and points in Capricorn:
  • Juno (where we access Unity consciousness) at 3
  • Quaoar (where we access new thought forms) at 4
  • Jupiter (where we expand our consciousness) at 12
  • Pluto (where we transform) at 23
  • Saturn (where we find inner authority) at 24
  • Chariklo (where we stabilize) at 25
  • Ceres (where we midwife the new) at 27
Going back to the opening of this report, we will be working with the Cancer/Capricorn polarity until the Moon’s nodes change until May 2020, when they shift to the Gemini/Sagittarius respectively. There is so much powerful support right now to make evolutionary changes in how we work with the Divine Mother and Divine Father, starting with how we nurture and govern ourSelves, individually and collectively. Even just by recognizing that our current archetypes need an upgrade opens a door. While we have a sense of the need to change these shared archetypes, they are also core to our human identity and deserve our respect as they transform before our eyes. We do not know how long it will take, and that not the important point. Our job is to recognize that structural transformation is afoot and that we are all contributing through our intentions. This is what matters.

This wormhole been full of heavy issues-social, economic, political—and we need to thank those who are speaking up and bringing these to our attention. Crucially, we are gaining a growing awareness of our role in accelerating elemental processes on Earth. We can walk more softly on our beloved planet. Now that the wormhole has ended, we can shake our selves off a bit and start doing things a bit differently. There is nothing like an Aquarius New Moon, after all, to support new and innovative behavior that is aligned with our most precious beliefs about the purpose of our shared collective Consciousness.
