2026 LIBRA FULL MOON – April 1, 2026, 10:12pm EDT – 12 Libra 21’
Grab a cup of tea and get centered- this full Moon has great expansive potential! The Moon in Libra is conjunct MakeMake, and the Sun is conjunct Salacia, so this is a very 5D lunar event.
Libra is the sign of the Mirrored Self – meaning we understand that what we are perceiving in others is merely our own reflection. The Moon in Libra seeks harmony and balanced emotions…so if you aren’t seeing that reflected back to you in the mirror, then where are you not in harmony within yourself? Where are you out of balance?
MakeMake is the 5D consciousness of Saturn and represents cosmic order and the balance of power. MakeMake is In communion with the Moon today and the request is clear: Harmonize the masculine and feminine energies within you. No one is balanced 100% of the time, but where are you out of balance to the point that it is not serving your highest good?
Salacia is Neptune’s wife and brings the energies of Divine Love. Both Salacia and MakeMake were active in the previous full Moon but whereas previously they were in the form of Yods, they are now communing with the Moon and Sun, bringing everything into coherence.
The Sun (the Masculine aspect of the Sun/Moon) being in communion with a Divine Feminine Goddess again reminds us to balance the masculine and feminine, the light and the dark, love and power.
Quaoar in Capricorn and Jupiter and Sirius in Cancer are forming stepping stones to the Moon and the Sun, creating a Power crossroads (as they occur in the 3D cardinal signs). This adds an additional layer of potent cosmic consciousness to this full Moon.
Quaoar is the 5D octave of Mercury and represents our capacity to create new thoughts from the awakened state of love. In Capricorn, we are being asked to allow the Divine to flow into our consciousness and allow that divinity to direct us. This is the will of the Divine vs the will of the ego.
Cancer is where we learn that emotions are energy in motion (e-motion) and also where we learn to honor and love our selves. Cancer is the Mother and loves to nurture and take care of others, but we must honor our personal boundaries and care for ourselves. Left unchecked, Jupiter in Cancer could expand you in the wrong direction of over giving, so be mindful and let this energy flow back towards you. Meditate on the wisdom Sirius is imparting- how can you better serve YOU?
Another bridge:
Orcus (in Virgo) and Mercury (in Pisces) are also bridging each other, while each in intimacy with the Moon (Orcus) and Sun (Mercury) and forming great eliminators inversely with the Moon (Mercury) and Sun (Orcus). Where are our mental processes working in our lives, and what can we eliminate from our mental workings that keeps us from knowing the truth of ourselves? What parts of how we live don’t align with the higher truth of ourselves?
The key to finding your way in the midst of bridges and crossroads is to stand in the center. Where is the balance point? The tendency is to swing wildly from one end of the pendulum to other (we easily can see this play out in society through politics, parenting trends, health trends, etc.) which keeps us perpetually out of balance and in the 3d realm of polarity.
Libra loves balance, and all the other players in this full Moon are supporting this theme.
Journaling prompts:
What does balance feel like and look like to me?
Where am I out of balance? What needs tweaking in my life?
Where am I in balance and doing really well?
What emotions am I not allowing to flow? (Trick question – if you knew, you would probably have felt it!). What does my body feel like right now? Where do I feel tightness? Where do I feel anxiety? Where do I feel stress in my body?
How does it feel when I simply let go of self-judgment and just let myself be and feel? Does the Divine judge, or just accept me as I am?
