The energies in the world have been relentless these past weeks, and even the most conscious among us gets worn down by what’s happening. It is essential to turn your attention to your Self, go within, recognize that the outer turmoil needs to be addressed within you, and from there, lift your focus to Source and be guided by that Light. That Light is not separate from you. It IS you, and when you put your consciousness where your Light is, you’ll be able to recall in short order that you are here to shine that Light to nurture everyone on the planet.
