Aug 23 – In the final week of August and Mercury Retrograde with the Sun in orderly Virgo, you may want to reassess, reorganize and release anything that’s not aligned with your Evolving Self and next steps as Mercury slows down to turn Direct.

Mercury and Venus will be active this week highlighting info, your perspective, communications and relationships and on Sept 1, Uranus and Pluto will take center stage and anything can happen…

Mercury trine Chiron – Healing words and insights can arise from reframing a painful circumstance or interaction, seeing through the eyes of personal responsibility and compassion rather than judgment.

Aug 24 – Mercury sextile Mars provides the drive to solve problems, confidence to speak up, to have a conversation that can impact your future or the mental focus to handle a detailed task. This is high energy, available for use in constructive ways (watch your words and verbal delivery, as you may be overly direct).

Mars trine Chiron – This indicates compassionate or healing actions, doing something to make a difference or righting a wrong (by you or others).

Aug 27 – Venus trine Uranus can create greater freedom, excitement and renewal in relationships by shaking up old routines and exploring innovative activities or environments. This can address your style, $$, creativity and your authenticity by inviting you to stretch beyond your comfort zone (rut?) and do, be, try something out of the usual that resonates with You! (P.S. Mercury Retrograde is still active, so no tattoos or anything permanent that you can’t undo if you have a new perspective later).

Aug 28 – Mercury Stations Direct and as it prepares to turn and pick up steam, it’s common for info to be missing, unavailable or delayed, so bring your patience. It will take almost a week to get up to speed and we’ll have major new energies coming in at the same time, so pay attention to details and double check important info.

Mercury backed into Leo on Aug 14, asking you to connect with your inner truth and express your Authentic Self – and it will remain in Leo until Sept 10 when it re-enters Virgo. As you look ahead, be sure that you are making decisions that honor your Evolving Self, rather than operating from a past identity or on auto-pilot.

Also on Aug 28 – Venus opposite Neptune (earthly love vs. Divine Love) is a nonlinear energy, which is beautiful for creative, spiritual and leisure activities, if you choose to do anything at all. Quiet time and spaciousness creates receptive energy. The effects of this aspect can range from compassion, heightened intuition and focus on your dreams, to disillusionment, confusion and escapism.

This is a setup for idealizing a person, place or thing and not seeing reality clearly, especially with the Mercury Station to add to the confusion. Spiritual practices andcreative environments (as a creator or the audience) will serve you well today, as will rest, space and loving Self-care. Don’t make major decisions today, if possible. Wait.

Aug 29 – Sept 22 – Venus in Libra can express easily in her home sign, where she has a deep desire for peace, harmony, beauty, relationships, alliances and balance. Relationships mirror your Self back to you, showing you what you are putting out in the world. Think about who would be good to connect with and be open to relationships that serve the needs of both (or all) involved. Expect the best and stay tuned to your Inner Guidance for connections with those who align with your path and purpose.

Aug 29 – Venus trine Pluto. With Venus at 0o Libra and Pluto at 0o Aquarius, it speaks to deep, magnetic connections that will carry you forward in the months and years ahead. You may already be in relationship with someone instrumental to your future or you may meet/connect with someone who becomes a power player in your life, a co-creator or a partner. This is a beginning or a deepening if you have shared ideas, values and integrity as time goes on.

Venus trine Pluto can also indicate opportunities for financial growth or creative breakthroughs, although I would investigate further before investing $$ or making a deal the day after a Mercury Station. Make the connection and follow up in the coming weeks.

Sept 1 – There are huge energies taking place today, as one outer planet changes direction and the other changes its sign. On the same day! I would plan loosely for this day – maybe even the weekend, as the energies of Uranus and Pluto will be reverberating loudly from the heavens.

Sept 1 – Jan 30, ’25 – Uranus Stations Retrograde. Uranus has been at 27o Taurus since Aug 8 and will be there until Sept 27, so if you’re feeling Uranian waves of change, you’ll be feeling them for a while. On the Uranus Station, look for dramatic changes to occur in the world. Shocking, unexpected reversals, abrupt endings, global events, weather events – all are possible. If there’s a sudden change in your life, try to be bamboo and be flexible rather than resisting what you face.

Uranus is The Great Awakener, here to break up stale energies, stagnant and outdated structures, and it will often do for you what you won’t do for yourself by removing or changing circumstances. Because Uranus is often shocking, the guidance is to allow the dust to settle so you can assess where you are before taking action – and remember, All is in Divine Order.

Sept 1 – Nov 19. Pluto backs into Capricorn for its final journey through the sign of top- down authority, government, corporations, institutions, hierarchies and the Old Guard, which ends on Nov 19. We’re going back for a reality check to confront the remaining shadows within structures and systems before Pluto moves into Aquarius to create a more innovative, sustainable future.

We’ll have a New Moon in Virgo on Sept 2 – more on that next week, but as you can see, we’ll be starting off September with a bang! Get organized, take needed actions and focus on relationships that can enhance and enrich your life (and vice versa).

Trust that you are in the right place at the right time, moving along your path perfectly (no matter what your ego may say :))

Aug 16 – We are in another turning point as we approach the Full SuperMoon square Uranus and the emotional energy heightens and people become more reactive. Take responsibility for your well being and know that any unexpected changes, surprises, twists that arise in your space are for your liberation.

Aug 18 – Mercury square Uranus. Expect the unexpected, whether external events or sudden new ideas of your own – and remember, Uranus is about Awakening. It’s here to free you from rigid thinking and patterns, either from within you or in your / the world. Whatever happens, be flexible and don’t buy into drama or chaos on a 3D level – there is a higher purpose behind conflict or rebellion that will lead to progress.

Mercury square Uranus activates change and radical new ideas. If you experience too much info or if it’s too fast (ADD), slow it down and soothe your nervous system. Mercury-Uranus can create breakthroughs, shocking communications and mental craziness, so ground yourself if you feel off-balance. If not, enjoy the kinetic energy and follow the impulses that stimulate you. Just don’t go overboard. The responsibility for your choices is always on you – and you can always opt-out of any situation you choose not to participate in.

Aug 18 – Mercury Cazimi is the mid-point of the Retrograde cycle when Mercury is in the heart of the Sun – and in Leo (the Sun’s sign) it is potent, allowing for downloads, bright ideas, profound insights, wisdom or epiphanies, as well as synchronistic meetings, events or visions that can serve your future. Create space to meditate, journal or utilize a spiritual practice that allows you to access the messages that are available for you to evolve your consciousness.

Aug 19 – There are five major aspects today (including the Full Moon), creating a crucible for dynamic change. Be flexible, open and detached regarding any curveballs or plot twists you encounter and don’t count on a “sure thing,” as more will be revealed as life unfolds. This is a good day to plan ahead for, as it will be busy and unpredictable. If you can lay low (whatever that means for you) and give yourself extra space, you might want to do that.

The Full SuperMoon in Aquarius @ 27o at 11:26am PDT. This is a dynamic aspect with the Sun in Leo opposing Aquarius. A SuperMoon occurs when the Moon is closest to the Earth, making it’s magnetics extra powerful, activating the tides and all living things with heightened emotional energy. Be compassionate and gentle with everyone, especially You!

The Leo Sun rules your creative expression whereas, Aquarius rules your place in community, your genius and Authentic Self. Are you out of balance – and if so, what needs to change? If you are stuck in a role that masks your brilliance or if you feel

limited/trapped in a lifestyle that is dry or mechanical, you may be ready for greater freedom and something new. The goal is for you to be able to express your Self freely and fully, just as you are, to move into your next contribution of joy. Hold that intention – and ask to be shown how and where that is if you don’t know.

Uranus square the Full SuperMoon. The impetus for YOU to make a radical change and take action is Uranus (rebellion) – or an external event may occur that creates a breakthrough FOR you! Uranus can heighten restlessness and provide the urgency you need to take actions you normally wouldn’t. There may be transmissions occurring from higher dimensions that you aren’t even conscious of, but they make you nervous, anxious, sleepless. If so, use all the tools at your disposal to seek relief – call on your healers and helpers for support. Take a bath with sea salts and lavender, walk barefoot on grass, go to the beach.

Mercury Retrograde opposes the SuperMoon. With Mercury in Leo retracing old territory, you may be frustrated, mired in thought patterns that linger, while sublimating feelings (or vice versa) – and both Mercury and the Moon are wired, squaring Uranus. Moon-Uranus squares usually present as reactivity and the mantra is, “Easy does it… ” – and don’t believe everything you think!

Aug 19-23 – Jupiter square Saturn. This is the first of three Jupiter square Saturn squares (#2 is Dec 24, 2024 and #3 is June 2025) that follow the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction at 0o Aquarius of Dec 2020. Jupiter is expansion and Saturn is limitations – and in a square they encounter conflict. Just so you know, this will ultimately be a construct for growth and change if you take methodical actions to satisfy both sides, but first you will probably encounter frustration or stuckness.

Aug 19 – Saturn opposes Venus and Jupiter squares both. This is a T-square. Venus opposing Saturn brings up issues around your value, relationships, love, your lovability, $$, value and creativity, with Saturn often playing the heavy, the Authority who throws up obstacles, the abandoning or rejecting “other,” or the judge. However, Saturn-Venus can also be your Evolving Inner Authority, bringing your creativity into form and grounding your values in reality.

With Jupiter square the Venus-Saturn opposition, it can offer encouragement – or blow up any measured actions you attempt by going overboard. So it’s up to you to stay conscious and focused – and be mindful of your actions and interactions, as you could be vulnerable to negative Self-judgements. Choose nurturing or healthy company and don’t allow your mind to create negative stories that are detrimental to your well being. Again, you are your CEO. Take good care of yourself.

This whole period is so frenetic, you may just want to ride it out and watch what happens, allowing the dust to settle before you make any decisions or changes. Watch

from your high perch as the world goes through another shake up – and if you experience personal upheaval or surprise events, try to wait until you are clear before making a move or taking an action. The space you give yourself can be life changing.

Aug 22 – Sun in Virgo. We shift into the mutable sign of Virgo – in 3D, a practical earth sign that rules health, service, wellness and skill-building. Virgo deals with details, order, organization, analysis, productivity and nobody is as conscientious as this diligent sign that does things the “right” way (just ask a Virgo or Virgo Rising)!

Virgo is about healthy food, healing modalities, the body, exercise, massage and health care. This is just what we need following the chaotic energy – to focus on good food, physical practices for the body and a check in to allow the body to show you how you are. More to come on Virgo. We are just getting started here…

This is a good week to practice being discerning about when to act and when to wait – not from fear, but based on your Inner Guidance. Before you take action or make a decision (large or small), tune in to see if it’s a good idea to do it now. The more you practice trusting yourself and your intuition, the more empowered you’ll be. All proactive change begins with opening to something new.

Big things are in store for us – and we’re on the way back to Pluto in Capricorn in a few weeks for the final time, the end of the U.S.A.’s Pluto Return. Amazing – and you chose to be here at this auspicious time to be one of the Creators of the New Earth!

Aug 2 – Venus square Uranus can create an awakening or unexpected event that breaks up stagnant energy to facilitate growth regarding personal value, relationship dynamics, $$ issues or creative expression that leads to a new path or an innovative solution. Sudden changes can create shakeups, but they are the fast track to evolution if you choose to operate with an open heart and expect the best.

Aug 4 – New Moon in Leo @ 4:13am PDT. We greet the New Moon in
the dynamic, “CEO” sign of Leo, the time for new beginnings. But don’t take actions in the external world toward projects or make major commitments, due to other factors that I will detail. This time is better spent connecting with and expressing your Evolving Self as you explore what aligns with your heart, allows your Divine Light to shine and brings you joy.

The New Moon in Leo sextiles Jupiter and Mars in Gemini, creating an inspired vision of possibilities and the drive to speak up and connect with others. This New Moon also trines the North Node in Aries, inviting you to step forward and live deliberately, to be the ruler of your Universe.

Leo is ruled by the Sun, the center of the solar system, sign of play, creativity, self-expression, romance, the performer and the leader. Self-expression is vital to experiencing a feeling of wholeness, so find a way to express your Authentic Self, your generosity and to be creative. For artists, this is a perfect time to begin a project and for you non-artists or shy types, create something in a way that feels safe for you – but express yourself!

Speak up, take charge and be proud of who you are. Be playful, remember what you love and give yourself time to do or have it. Treat yourself with the dignity and respect that you deserve and want to receive from others. As the world turns, you are undergoing your own cosmic makeover, too, so allow yourself to discover who you are becoming and honor your inner playful spirit and Divine mastery. Two dimensions, both count; fill your inner well and show up as needed in the world.

Aug 4-28 – Mercury Retrograde in Virgo (one of its home signs), details, service, wellness, schedules and systems are on the menu, so begin putting things in order, sorting, discarding and clearing clutter. Focus on your health and wellness rituals and routines – decide what needs an upgrade or modification, check in on your body, mind and how you take care of your Self and your loved ones.

Research, explore, reach out for help. Virgo is the best for getting the job done thoroughly and focusing on all the details. Easy does it…

This is why to not take actions in the world on the New Moon in Leo. Mercury Retrograde will likely cloud the facts or your judgment, so it’s not the time for committing to anything major publicly now. Do the inner work, the creative, Self- discovery, play and exploration now. After Mercury is Direct you will be in a different place and will be clearer about your direction, intentions and what’s appropriate for moving forward – and we’ll have a whole other major planetary shift in store…

Aug 7 – Sun sextile Jupiter is an expansive aspect that inspires you, activates a possibility that feels real or attracts something or someone beneficial to you. Upbeat, lucky and you are receptive to opportunities. Yes!

Aug 7 – Mercury conjunct Venus in Virgo can be problem solving, creating something artistic, crafty, a functional activity or being in service to something greater. It can be a thoughtful gift, a negotiation or helping in some way. It indicates productivity, harmony, cooperation, precision, appreciation and practicality.

Aug 8 – The Lion’s Gate Portal (July 27-Aug 12). This cosmic alignment peaks annually on August 8 and is a powerful energetic gateway between the Earth, Fixed Star Sirius and your 8th chakra (Soul Star). This is an activation of higher frequencies that creates increased spiritual awakening and transformation, allowing you to evolve, heal, integrate and connect to your Spirit with greater access and less resistance. Attune to higher realms, be in solitude, connect with your Higher Self and trust the messages you receive during this sacred passage.

Aug 14 – Mercury in Leo. Mercury has Retrograded from busy, humble Virgo back into Leo, the same place it was back in the 2nd half of July. Time to go back and review topics from July, to handle what is lingering as unfinished business. Or, it will come up to remind you!

Mercury in Leo backs into a Yod with Pluto in Aquarius and Neptune in Pisces, and because it’s in Leo, it has something to say, probably announcing something that will be dramatic. Stay tuned…

Aug 14 – Mars conjunct Jupiter. This is helpful if you need a boost of dynamic energy (emotional and physical) to begin a project, rally the troops, make sale or activate something. However, with Jupiter there’s always the danger of going over the top – and this duo is a little wild, as details aren’t really the focus. It’s more about the big energetic push. I hope you make good use of it!

The Moon in Sagittarius opposes the Mars-Jupiter conjunction, heightening the emotional energy of all the planets involved.

Aug 15/16 – Mars square Saturn. You’ll feel a major push from Mars-Jupiter (“Let’s go!”), and right behind it, Mars confronts the Saturn square, which is like hitting a wall. Bam! Nope. There is a block, an obstacle, frustration and authorities are likely holding rules over your head. There is a legal issue or a delay, a decision that you face regarding having something now or later, if at all. This two day setup is a T-square and it will likely create a global issue and you may face it in your personal life as well.

Aug 15 – Chiron trines the Sun. There is space for healing (a blessing), but there are still forces that are have conflicting agendas, so your job is to rise above the fray as much as possible and do any personal healing that you need to or can do for yourself or that you need to deliver to others.

The week ahead will build up to the crescendo of the following week (Aug 12-16) that will be extra bumpy. I will be away next week, so I put the major aspects in today’s report for the following week, as there will not be a newsletter next week.

The goal is to live in Love and Light from deep centering as your Highest Self, knowing that All is in Divine Order. We are on the move!

The Sun in Leo invites you to shine your Big Light, to express your Self and notice what, if anything, inhibits you from showing up all the way. Check for inner messages that dim your light or choices you’ve made that have created a life that limits you or your opportunities. Anything that prevents you from radiating with an open heart is calling for healing – and the timing is perfect…

July 27 – Dec 23, Chiron Retrograde (The Wounded Healer Archetype). It’s time for an honest look at your identity to see if you are hiding in a role, behind a mask, in a dysfunctional setup, operating from beliefs that keep you small – or living freely as the loving Authentic You.

With Chiron in Aries, the mission is to be your Self, trust what’s true for you deep inside as being right and to go for it! No permission or approval required. With Chiron Retrograde and Mercury Retrograde in August, the call for review and reexamination is doubled.

Do the work and allow the tender inner wounds to be seen, heard and addressed with compassion using modalities that help to set you free. The goal is to clear that which is not You. Doubts, insecurities, and trying to be anything or anyone else is a road that will only cause you misalignment, confusion, disappointment and/or heartache, as you are a Being with a purpose that only You can fulfill.

July 26 – The Lion’s Gate Portal opens today and will be exact on 8-8 when the Sun in Leo is in alignment with Sirius (the brightest star in the sky) and Earth. Higher frequencies are already flowing in, allowing you to connect to your Spirit and All That Is with greater access and less resistance. More to come…

July 30 – Venus trine Chiron offers opportunities for heart healing. This can range from apologies and reconnections addressing deep heart-wounds that created walls of protection that have been in place for years. This is dedicated healing work with an experienced guide who can lead you, step by step, back to your innocence that is still fully intact in a safe space within.

Venus trine Chiron might indicate finding the right healer, spiritual teacher or opening your heart where it had been closed due to old wounds, indoctrinated beliefs or reconnecting to your innocence in some way. It is a compassionate energy and I wish you an experience that is meaningful on this day. If you want to reconnect or make amends to someone, this is a perfect day to do it. The world is desperately in need of compassion – and when you give it, you receive the love in return.

To honor Chiron trine Venus, I offer you The Goodness Process, which is a powerful mantra:

“I AM the essence of Pure Goodness. My Goodness has nothing to do with my actions or the actions of anyone else.”

Mercury Retrograde is from Aug 5-28 and it’s now in its pre-Retrograde Shadow. All that occurs from now on will be reviewed during the Retrograde period thru Sept 13 (the post-Retrograde Shadow). With Mercury in Virgo, details and systems are on the menu, so you can begin putting things in order, sorting and discarding and clearing. Back up your info, check travel schedules and car maintenance.

I suggest that you take advantage of the healing energies available this week as you prepare for Mercury Retrograde. Think about the care you can give your body, mind and spirit – and what you might share with others. If you have extra space, you can use it either by having fun and playing (a Sun in Leo activity) and by adding practices that are health-related (diet, physical care) – a Mercury in Virgo activity – or combine the two (a beach workout or long beach walk).

The goal is to live in love and light, on purpose, with Self-love and compassion for All.
