On this 4th of July, many are finding it difficult to feel celebratory. The United States as we know has become unrecognizable, and fear and change seek to become our constant companions. 

Last night as I went to sleep, I asked my higher self to send me a dream that would offer clarification and insight. I dreamed that I was living in a house I loved but which had become too small. An addition was being added to the house but there seemed to be many obstacles in the construction. The completed vision was murky, as these obstacles seemed to change the vision with which I had begun.  After a period of time, we finally approached completion with one exception. The addition had a door to the outside and the workers couldn’t get the door to close. That made no sense to me so I went to see the door, noticing along the way that the addition had turned out beautifully, adding a very gracious element to my home. The door itself was lovely but I could see it was stuck. I reached out to try and close it myself, expecting resistance. Instead, it closed easily and perfectly. I knew it that moment that I had made the right decision to add on to my home, despite all the obstacles and my own doubts. I knew that the addition would provide a welcoming and loving space for those who stayed there. 

The meaning of this dream seems quite clear to me. Few of us want these changes being thrust upon us. Most of them are deeply uncomfortable and often quite alarming, with some even inhumane. 

Despite the challenges we face, we are Americans. We fought for our freedom. We hold our independence as something sacred, something that defines who we are. Even so, there are changes that desperately need to be made, to be “added on”, that will make this country the inclusive, welcoming and loving space it should be. 

Each of us play an important part in that, every single day. We must embrace the knowledge that we are creators and begin to consciously create the world we want to see.  A new world is here but it is up to us to make it the world we truly, in our hearts, desire. A world of heart-driven community, one where the needs of everyone are considered and respected, a world of safety and equality. 

I ask each of you, today and every day, to dig deeply, to lift up your vision and join together, in whatever way feels right for you, in creating this beautiful new world for all of us.  

And so I am told:

An “addition” is a perfect metaphor for a world that is ascending, in that entire dimensions are shifting and humans are poised to take their rightful, sacred place in the global and galactic realms. The work of change is far from easy, calling each of you to dig deeply and reach farther.  The need for community is growing ever stronger, even while those is “power” strive to destroy and separate.

In providing an audience and participant to chaos, confusion and fear, humans inadvertently create the very thing they do not want.  Instead, sow seeds of kindness and compassion with every breath you take. Let every action you take be a message of hope and promise. Let your entire life become a prayer, an offering to the blessed Whole.  Offer comfort, for when it is freely given, it also comforts you. 

You are ascending, without question, but this is not something that happens to you. You must become a collaborative partner in the process, not an observer from the sidelines. Embrace change for it brings you the Light you seek, the Light you need. 

On this day of Independence, find connection within your heart and soul and know deeply and powerfully that not one of you stands alone. You are forever connected and a blessed seed of the One.

Reach out today, if only from your heart into the ethers, to those who stand with you, those who live beside you, those who make you angry or afraid, those who love and cherish you. Feel your heart fill completely with Oneness and the promise that all will be well, that All is already well, that the Light already sings in the hearts of each of you and you are home.

The world is changing rapidly and so are we. One can hardly miss the alarming changes occurring by the hour. Bit because the changes in the outside world are so very visible and visceral, it is easy to miss the many rapid changes that are occurring within each of us. After all, everything out there is a reflection of us, right?

Acknowledging the changes occurring within each of us is a very important component of our daily lives, and increasingly important during these dramatically changing days. I urge all of you to make time frequently to check in with yourself, particularly now as we prepare to leave this wormhole in another week and enter new ground. Never has it been more important to meditate! It doesn’t have to be a long complicated effort. Just take the time to sit with yourself in silence. See how you feel. Quiet extraneous thought. Find your heart and sit there. Allow yourself to simply be. Allow your heart to open. Listen.

Five minutes. Ten minutes. Just enough time to center yourself, ground and find your balance done regularly will help you navigate the many changes yet to come. And many more changes are coming!

And so I am told:

Meditation is a powerful tool both for balance and for understanding. Allowing yourselves the time to explore and become comfortable in your inner world will bring you peace and alignment. The inner world is a place to discover your true Be-ing, your true purpose while allowing yourself that moment of alignment and silence which can heal, open your hearts and minds, and change the direction of your lives.

As you observe the world around you, stay aware of your centers and your hearts. View all that you see as if through a television screen. While the outside world is a projection of your inner world, never lose sight of the reality of balance and harmony. Imbalance cannot sustain its self for long, for need to be at one is a primary directive.

The war of imbalance has been played out many times and the end result is always balance. Those who seek imbalance for their own personal gain are destined to fall, yet they continue to seek their own path.

Heal the areas of imbalance within yourselves. Disharmony which might exhibit itself as abusive behavior of any kind including rage, greed, jealousy, aggression against others and cruelty must be identifying and healed – even if they are only self directed.

Be gentle with yourselves as you heal those aspects of yourself. Be without judgment for these behaviors have been a part of the human condition for millennia. Be patient. Be open. Be willing.

Teachers and guides are available to all of you for help and assistance. You have only to ask and to listen.

Why do we say this? Because in healing yourselves you will heal all you see before you.

And the time is Now.

Life is short. We hear that all the time but I really understand it now, while our world has gone crazy. This weekend was chock full from beginning to end. My daughter’s birthday celebrated with friends and family, a show in Atalanta that was gifted to my daughter, granddaughter and me by my daughter’s dearest friend and the christening of my step grandson and his sweet wife’s baby girl. So much love everywhere. I was literally awash in love this weekend, and I am here to tell you that that hasn’t happened in a while. Mostly because I have been blind.

Our lives are inundated with change and transformation, and it doesn’t feel very good right now. We are used to having a plan and a focus and right now none of our coping skills are working very well. But here is what I do know.

Love heals us, love fixes us and love remind us who we are.  So I say to you reach out to each other, connect with those you haven’t spoken to in a while, and remind them that they are loved. Remind yourself that you are loved. 

We are all loved.

This is how we make it work. This is how we heal. This is how the new world is manifested.

Love.  Just love.

And so I am told:

Love is the gift. It is all as simple as that. Each kindness you extend, each hug you deliver, each smile to a stranger, each breath taken in release, each pause in your day, this is all love.  Hate was never designed to sustain or to last. Hate is its own worst enemy. Hate divides and separates.

Love unifies. When you reach out in love to connect, you and the person you connect with are healed. You are transformed. You are informed. 

Love is the creator. Love is where it all begins and ends. There IS nothing but Love.

Hate develops out of fear. Of not having enough. Of not being loved.. Of not believing yourself worthy but hate cannot stand stand on its own. 

The world around you would have you believe there isn’t enough to go around and we would tell you that love is infinite, that love exists in every breath you take, and every moment of every day.

We would tell you that you are love incarnate and your only purpose is to be that love every minute of every day. You are the healing you seek.

Just love.

We are miles into the most transformative time of our lives and we must do so with our eyes wide open. I think we can already see that it will not be easy or pleasant – though there will be easy moments and pleasant times – but it will require our complete attention on our Higher Selves and the path before us. Most of us have travelled this road for a very long time and understand that we are here to help usher in the New World. Indeed, the new world exists side by side with the dying old world. Those without eyes
to see and a heart to listen will blindly follow the path they have chosen. The path of Light calls to those of us who are awake and we must follow its beckoning.

There will be much to distract us and divert our attention away from the light but it is essential that we keep ourselves laser focused on the path before us. Do not allow yourSelves to be pulled back into that world of chaos and division. I understand that is a hard ask because all of us will be affected by the changes that come. However, if we look back and cling to the old way of being, we will miss the doorway to the New World. Don’t look back!

And so I am told:
One can decide to soar or fall when transformation comes to call. And this is a transformation on a global level. While the choice is yours, remember that choice is a gift and must be used utilized decisively and wisely. The heart at your center is your guiding light and must be heeded at each turn. What you do for one, you do for all.

The maelstrom within will only subside when you allow your self to surrender to it. You are not a visitor, therefore you cannot remain separate. Indeed, you are the maelstrom itself. Did you ever think you acted alone? Impossible. For as you are a spark of Light, so too are each of you the Light in its entirety. One cannot be one without the other. As creator, you must choose the position from which you create. Will you create your future from a place of fear and misgivings? Or will you create from with open heart and a trust in the rightness of the moment?

Pay attention to the energy of the earth as you traverse these difficult days. She speaks to all of you with ears and heart to hear. Her energy rises, as she moves to return to her sovereignty. You must work together in the coming days. This is non-negotiable. Hear her voice whispering in your ear.

Hear the song she hums quietly, bringing possibility and hope alive. Feel her strength and the truth she brings alive with every heart beat. Feel her pulse, slow and steady, and align yourself with it. She brings change and renewal, and change comes ready or not. Hold your heart steady and allow it to guide you.

Be not dismayed by what you see for most of it is illusion and designed to stimulate fear. Fear dismantles, it undermines and it destroys. When you feel fear, you must shut it down as quickly as possible. Fear is a weapon used against you and you must be stronger than the fear that plays with you and all those who allow it entry into their minds.

The time for playing safe has ended. You are not merely a person enjoying a life here on earth, you are a soul who chose to be here on earth for this massive change and transformation. You are guardians and teachers and healers and wisdom keepers. It is time to step into your role, your purpose without hesitation and with full commitment. You are each powerful beyond belief yet you act like children waiting for a parent to rescue you. You are the the rescue you have been waiting for. You are the dragon in the night. You are all the answers you need. You are the door that opens.

Take a deep breath and let go of the future you thought you were going to have and prepare for the future you create. If you want peace and harmony, create it. If you want unity and cooperation, embody it. If you want to live in the New World, become the New World in all ways.

When darkness seems all there is,
When fear leaches hope from hearts
Trust will find a way
Doors once unknown will open
Hearts closed will will once again allow light
Unexpected partners arise and offer support
But the answer will always be
You.

“Time moves forward and still stands still. Close your eyes and align. While time is ephemeral it still confounds those without eyes to see and ears to hear. All cycles converge in this now providing choices that must be made. Each age carries it own definition and weight, one humans must abide with.

When ages ages converge, all rules fall to the wayside, allowing chance and inspiration to arise. The coming year dances with the past eliminating outward appearances. Look beneath the surface for all is not what it seems. Those who sleep will continue to look for meaning. Those who have awakened/ are awake know to stand still and breathe the now in. The magic has returned and while it seems to distort “reality” it actually makes dreams real. Question everything; accept the truth your heart speaks. The comfort of like minded souls calls to those who are lonely, those who awaken. The awaken learn the true meaning of connection. It lies not in
conversation. It lies the depths of the heart, anchoring truth and light on the earth. Gather on the bridge of Oneness, all who awaken, your union divine and anticipated. You have done the hard work. Now you hold the heart of the world in your collective hands.” jbfinley
