Once again, we find ourselves facing a doorway into a new year, an ending of the old year and a new beginning, which I would imagine carries some anxiety for many. Many feel adrift and alone right now and very little in the world as a whole makes less sense than ever before, with our national and global identities dominated by change and vastly different opinions of how to implement those changes.

We can’t seem agree on religion, on government, on sexual preference, on sexual identity, on political ideology, on pretty much anything it seems.  We have become very divided, much more “them and us” rather than just us, and yet we are all still people who are simply trying to make the best of our lives and our dreams.

What divides us seems to dominate our world rather than what unites us.  We have forgotten that we are far more alike that we are different.   

And while discord “seems” to underscore our reality,  the truth is vastly different. A revolution, an awakening is happening to all those with eyes to see and ears to hear. The New Age is here, birth pangs and all, and there is no going back. The old Patriarchy is falling, despite its protestations of power and control, and women are reclaiming their true place in the world. While progress may seem slow, its movement is immutable and unstoppable. 

Change will become even more familiar to us as old illusions continue to fall and the lies behind the curtain are exposed. What is certain is that we will begin to remember that we are stronger together, and we are much more alike than the media and the power-driven would like us to believe.  

I have become much more protective of what I feed myself via media outlets.  “They” (however you care to define that!) would have us stay afraid but I don’t want to live in that world any more. There is so much joy and opportunity and promise in the world than we currently remember. It is time for us to stop following blindly and remember that we are divine beings having a human experience. Let us reclaim joy and mystery, magic and love!

Allow the Light to lead the way.  In these confusing days, as the Old Earth passes away and the New Earth is made manifest, finding our way forward can seem uncertain. Have I done enough letting go of my old way of being, any inauthentic behaviors or beliefs? Have I begun embracing who I am in my entirety? Am I in communication with my Higher Self? Ask yourself these questions.

And so I am told:

Humans are an interesting species. They are capable of great emotional depth but often lack the wisdom to raise that depth to its highest good. They are easily influenced by those who seem to be in power.   We say “seem” because all power on Earth is illusory.  It exists only when you allow it to.  Humans have forgotten where they came from and who they are, so we would like to remind you.

You are each divine sparks of the blessed Light of Source who chose to manifest on Earth as She goes through this troubling, difficult time of Rebirth. And Rebirth it is, into a new age, one of healing and Wholing, one of unity without division. You each chose to be here at this exact moment to move everyone forward, toward unity. This is a sacred moment in Time and Space, one that should be experienced wholeheartedly, with reverence and with complete focus and attention.  

There are still many who would hold you back, whose fear of the unacknowledged future and their subsequent loss of personal power and overwhelming greed for “more” is greater than the possibility of union over division.  Their voice is loud and penetrating, hard to ignore, but ignore it you must. The louder they are, the more fear they are experiencing. Those in power thrive on domination and fear, greed and distrust. Do not allow yourself to be taken in by them. They are desperate people who fear losing their power and assets above all else and they remain in power by keeping people small and afraid. Despite the visible chaos in the world, do not be distracted. Chaos, whether real or manufactured, serves to interfere with the path toward unity, one all humans are actively engaged on, whether they are aware of it or not.  The only pathway forward is unity and it cannot be stopped now. 

You have always been so much more than you imagined, living as you do in a world of “them and us”, feeling disempowered at every turn.  In the coming days you will begin to realize how powerful you are, as you begin to actually create the world you live in. Each act of creation must be approached consciously and deliberately so that you do not recreate the life and past you are leaving. Learning to let the heart lead the way will quiet the incessant chatter of the lower mind.  

You are being meticulously guided through each step and doorway, both by your Higher Selves and by those who acts as your Guides. Conscious intention sets the course forward and the past you leave behind opens the doorway.

Make a conscious effort to listen to your Heart and the words of comfort and direction it whispers to you. This is Truth, not the nonsense being projected by those who seek to control.

Within each of your hearts is a brilliant light that holds the undeniable truth that all are one, despite color, race, income, religion or any other category of division. Fear will diminish the Light but nothing, we repeat, nothing can quench the Light within each of you.  

Seek for that Light for it will guide you to healing, to unity and to each other.  Silence the voice of fear, for it will lead you astray.  You are the offspring of Source, composed of Source and to Source you will return. Allowing yourselves to seek that Light in others serves as reminder of the Oneness, the Light, that connects all humans. 

In this Season of Light, a symbol of the perpetual Light of Source, from whence we come, we urge you to welcome the return of the awareness of the Light within each of you. As the Doorway to the new approaches, open your hearts fearlessly to all the possibility it brings your way.

Doors, he told her, are change, and change is a dangerous necessity. Doors are revolutions and upheavals, uncertainties and mysteries, axis points around which entire worlds can be turned. They are the beginnings and endings of every true story, the passages between that lead to adventures and madness and- here he smiled- even love. Without doors the worlds would grow stagnant, calcified, storyless.

Like so many of you following this week’s election, I have cried, raged, been lost in fear and cried more. I have felt shattered and hopeless. This morning my heart whispered to me “it is time for more.”  I began to  remember who I am and what I stand for. I began to understand just a tiny bit that maybe this needed to happen to bring us all together. I began to see and accept that what I see out there is a reflection of something unhealed within me, and I might need to do some work on myself. What in me that is unloved and reviled do I need to bring into the light and heal?

I am regaining my equilibrium and my willingness to look inside but it is a slow process.  I can’t forget that I am a Bringer of Light, even if right now I am struggling to find that light.  It’s ok to allow fear to travel through you. But it’s not ok to allow fear to take up residence.

On Facebook, like everywhere else, women who are devastated by the election are reaching out for connection and hope. One group came up with the idea of blue bracelets, a way to know and identify someone who is safe and like minded. A wonderful idea but another poster came along and injected fear of targeting with a whole lot of judgement and the whole idea fell apart.

The blue bracelets were a cry for connection, a need to be connected to others of like mind in a world that feels so very empty right now. And one person who missed the point of the blue bracelets and spoke from fear, shattered a need of many. “Performative” she called it.  What she neglected to take into consideration is that need to connect right now and that need is strong – a need to be connected to others who see, feel, think and dream as we do. We are fragile and need to be seen and heard.

Even without blue bracelets, we will find another way to know each other and in the meantime, we will all be connected in our hearts. Our hearts and our lights matter. They matter a great deal. We came here to bring the Light and we will continue doing that no matter what. You aren’t alone, even if you can’t see others.  Look into your heart and you will find us there, silently holding your hand, your heart, your Light with love and respect.

Connection is how we move forward. It is how our hearts heal. It is the candle in the darkness.  

And so we are told:  

Humans have forgotten that are all are One. They have forgotten their origins, their evolution and that which binds them together. The Light unifies. One does not have to agree with others to know the truth that unity is the answer. One can live with different goals and ideals than a neighbor does but there are many factors that create unity. Jobs, parenthood, families, extra curricular activities, hobbies, and so forth.  There are places you connect, even when they aren’t immediately visible.  Humans are more alike than most would like to think. 

Nothing you “see” is ever exactly as you think you see it. The only truth there is is that which lies in your heart. Breathe. Pause. Take time to remember that predictability was never a prime directive. You came here to evolve. Prepare to evolve but be certain that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

The United States is poised on a precipice. A hugely important election hangs in the balance, one that is truly life altering.  The astrological planets and ongoing solar storms continue to affect humankind, physically, mentally and emotionally. Many are awakening from the Dream, finding their way in a new world, one long written about but with no certain path forward. Many are still asleep, clinging to the past with all their might, fearing what change might bring.

In the midst of all of that, soul groups are forming, as people are drawn together through common interests and beliefs.  A desire for peace and unity motivates them and strengthens them. 

And so I am told:

A long awaited time indeed, one found in legends and fairy tales, is finally dawning here on earth. Human continued participation and commitment are necessary for it to fully manifest. Your trust and focused light create the foundation.  Humankind is changing in all ways, so much so that medical tests in the near future will find those changes to be discernible. While the manifestation of the New World is certain, the shape it takes is still in flux. Humankind is responsible for that, and humankind itself is at odds with itself, not understanding that all are one. Much will be learned in the coming decades and much will change. 

The possibilities are endless but the result is ultimately one of balance and union. Timelines have become fluid but moving forward will happen instinctively when remaining still and resisting will make life more difficult because “forward” motion can not be stopped.  One can only slow the inevitable. 

There is so much more available to humankind at this time as creation becomes a learned skill and hearts expand. Quantum leaps are taken. 5th dimensional living becomes more and more available. Humans often flow through dimensions daily, without being consciously aware or it. This process will become increasingly conscious and deliberate as it is chosen more and more.

Those who resist, along with the figureheads who lead them, will do everything in their power to sway the Light Born from their chosen path.  Fear, hate and anger are powerful tools particularly when wielded by those in power.  

It has been forgotten by humankind how very powerful the opposite of dark is. Love and light always conquer the dark.  The dark within each of human is conquered by the application of love. Imagine what that application of love by a multitude could do for a nation or a world.  

When you finish imagining the healing power of love and light being directed by the many, join your energy with all those who inhabit the world. You are all connected, you are all one. Step out of the game of duality and into unity. Into peace. Into love.  Into Light.

While dark is necessary to create balance, the human world has become unbalanced and balance must be restored.  Darkness cannot survive in Light. We cannot emphasize this enough. Standing in the Light, embodying the Light simply extinguishes the Dark.

In our life long journey of transformation and growth, we occasionally hit road blocks that threaten to derail us, as old wounds from our past resurface. Recently, this happened to me.

I found myself sliding down a dark rabbit hole, one I have travelled before more than once.  One I had faced, owned, worked through and was at peace with. And then abruptly, all that I knew to be true flew out the window and I huddled in the dark.  In this dark place, my fear manifested as back to back migraines, rendering me incapable of doing anything more than lying in stillness, alone with my thoughts.  Fearing regression, fearing I had failed to learn this lesson, I shut down completely, landing squarely in judgment and abysmal fear.

Over these many years I have learned to trust in my Higher Self and its magnificent inner guidance. As my headache began to recede, I was able to gather myself and begin to listen.  I began to channel.  Oftentimes, in situations like this, I hear or read messages that provide insight. Words spoken on the tv, words read in a book provide clarity and this time was no different.  I was able to see from a higher perspective exactly how and when this pattern of belief was created and how it underscored most of my earlier life. I was able to see how far I have come in my own personal growth and I rejoiced in that. I saw how some lingering fear still held me hostage and separate.  My guides reminded me of the power I hold to change how I perceive the world around me and how I perceive myself.   Judgment toward myself softened into love and acceptance.  Looking back on it now that I have moved through the barrier of self doubt and fear, I can see it as the magnificent lesson that it was, almost Yoda-esque in the inner teaching I received and the opening I experienced.

And so  I was told:

As a wise teacher once said, “Do or do not. There is no try.”  The decision is yours. We would ask you if you truly want to have fear dictate the terms of your existence…for that is what you are doing. 

Do not mistake feeling stuck for a permanent condition. It is mindset only and like all beliefs can be changed at will. 

Consider allowing rather than forcing and judging. We are here, will always be here, with you.  Your judgment and fear causes restriction which shuts down your ability for flow and allow.  Breathe. Release. Write.

The simple answer lies within the breath. Inhale. Hold. Exhale. Hold. Repeat.  In that simple yet vitally important act, life continues for all.  Coming together. Letting go. Coming together again. If one were to speed the coming together and letting go speed up, they would blur together so that the individual steps would disappear. This then is the secret. Everything that exists is One. One’s perception of the One creates separation and division. The human mind must, in essence, slow it down in order to perceive it.  

This becomes an endless repetition, layer after layer, that creates the ages. The inhales creates, the following held breath embraces accomplishment, the exhale dissolves and the next held breath creates incoming change. Repeat.  The process is slowed in human life to such an extent that it becomes harder to observe and acknowledge. Slow or fast, it is still and always One.

There is little to be gained from holding yourself separate. You punish only yourself. Do you truly want to experience less joy and delight because you have decided to limit your exposure to what you perceive as rejection? We would suggest to you that what you experience as rejection is actually your own self imposed isolation. While developed to protect you, it only serves to imprison you.  

Live fully. Love fully. Be fully. This is your life to create as you will. Create  carefully and thoughtfully from your Heart. Fear has no place in creation. And finally, we urge you to remember that revisiting lessons from the past is not a judgment or a notice of failure. It is an opportunity to observe growth and perhaps learn something new that allows you to expand even more.  Learning and growing never stops. Be open and allow. Allow all of you to Be.
