It may be a weekend, but this is most certainly a changing day. Venus, smack in the middle of the via combusta, enters Scorpio today, while the Sun moves into Sagittarius. The Moon changes signs too, though she does so much more frequently, she spends most of the day in a void, entering Pisces just after 11pm EST tonight. When three of the five personal planets change signs in one day, you can be sure you’re going to end this day feeling very differently than you do when you woke up. The other two personal planets, Mercury and Mars, are both busily at work completing their own cycles. Mars is recovering his retrograde shadow for the rest of this year, and Mercury has just moved into a brand new chapter of communication and connection after recovering his shadow just a few days ago. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to notice how different life is today than just a few days ago.
