AN UPDATE FROM  STEPHANIE: I am recovering slowly but surely, still having some trouble with my eyes, waiting, according to doctor’s orders, another few weeks to see if things get better. The sabbatical I’ve been on is doing me a world of good. I am feeling far more buoyant and hopeful for the future and what it holds. I am incredibly grateful to Shelly for holding down the fort for me as she has, and for all the others who contribute to the site on a regular basis.

Yesterday Pallas formed a Light Bridge with Orcus, and she intersected the Earth and Soul Star Chakras. Today, still in the Light Bridge, Orcus, the other end of the Light Bridge, intersects the nodes, and, like Pallas, this configuration makes a Crossroad in Wisdom signs. If we stand in the middle we can access the wisdom needed to understand why we are here, and what each situation calls for. Venus shifts consciousness today and Mercury moves into a new chapter; having all this wisdom available is a beautiful gift.

Venus enters Taurus today; in a sense our hearts come home to a place where they feel at ease and safe. In cosmic consciousness Venus is the sign of conscious obedience to our inner guidance mechanism. Who among us hasn’t had an intuitive hit that we disregarded or questioned because it seemed so different from what we were ‘expecting’, or so out of the box that it didn’t seem to ‘fit.’ With Venus in Taurus, her home sign, we have 3 1/2 weeks to focus on our inner guidance mechanism, letting it guide us, as we give up our lower fear-based attachments to those things that hold us back. It’s our chance to be present and trust our intuition, letting it take over and remembering the mantra “I am guided from within.” Everyone has a guide or angel who is there for us; we are never alone.
The Mercury Ceres new cycle signifies a new beginning in the way we think and frame issues in our minds; the language we use to describe it, our attitudes towards it and what we want to do about it going forward. We need to be honest and transparent within ourSelves before we can bring our compassion and activism to the outside world. There is no shame here, only honest, loving compassion, for we are all human and a product of our environment and the world we were born into. Being present and bringing new ways of thinking into the world we gently heal it and hold space for new ideas and solutions that benefit alL
Below are the Ellias Lonsdale mediations on Venus’ entry into Taurus and Mercury’s new cycle with Ceres, reprinted with the author’s permission from his book Star Sparks.

Taurus 1: A red garnet ring, the garnets glow.

(Venus enters Taurus)
“We start out in life attracted, magnetized to the spot where love is promised. The Divine Mother energy claims our heart. And so we come in with innocence and purity, an open slate for this next lifetime, this new adventure.
Our style, our substance, our energy frequency is simple, basic, and straight. All we want to do is partake of the bounty and the glory of creation. We need to be filled with grace, with beauty. Our longing for a good life is unstinting.
From the beginning to the end, from birth to death, we hold this stance.   We cleave to this position of being the one who feels and senses the one-pointed primary matters and nothing else. Our identity is structured around being attuned to the central chamber, and we do not wander from that place.
The experiences we draw to ourselves are often blatantly contradictory to our self-image and our inward reality. For it is that which will reveal what we need to see and feel that we cannot refuse. We are utterly fascinated by all ways people can be. For we are merely just one way and the others brings the colors and tones missing in us.
Our intent is plain. We seek to love and be loved, to honor and be honored, to recognize and be recognized. It is most vital to be seen as we are. If we can see others as they truly are, such is the fruit of the vine, the wonder of the Earth.
Whether we are in nature’s elements or in the midst of the crowd, it’s all the same. We are drawn with the sharpest instinct to the center. That center in on tap in all situations. Some things never vary.”

Aries 21:        Pastel flags fluttering in the breeze.

(Mercury Ceres new cycle)
“We put out a signal, a hyper-intentional image, a very specific persona. This is meant to attract attention and to pull in admiration, appreciation, acknowledgment. We demand to be seen and known as an archetype, a familiar prototype, an easy symbol to rally around.
We consume a lot of life force in promoting, in picturing, in persuading. A collective task comes our way. We become just what is needed–the perfect version of what everybody is looking for.
However, this layer of virtual exhibitionism is so youthful and naïve that it suffers many blows at the hands of time. To stay like this indefinitely is to be frozen in a posture that becomes repetitive, disillusioning, devoid of substance.
We take up a journey beyond the obvious. We are drawn off the beaten path. We are searching for something which at first will be just another variation on familiar themes. But soon this also loses its luster. No illusions endure.
Eventually, we are drawn to the far places. We go where our past could never imagine we would wander. And now we are seeking something much greater and clearer. We are looking for initiation. We are drawn to inner mastery. We’ve turned the world inside out and we’ve found the missing spark, outside and in, hidden yet potent.
Now we can turn the world into something real and enduring. We can show that if it works for us, it’s right there for others. The old showmanship proves useful after all.
We may turn out to be the reverse of all established values. It’s wherever the path makes us go.”
