The week ahead is filled with experiences that can take your focus off your Self. Whenever you decide to focus on a person, place or thing ‘out there’ you disempower your Self and make it so much more difficult to remain strong. Few people have more capacity to lead than you do, but in order to remain effective, you have to strive to keep your focus on your Self, taking care of you first. During a week fraught with distractions, you have the perfect opportunity to practice Self-containment and to realize, among many other things, that this is your newfound gift. You’re a nurturer, yes, but that nurturing has to be directed at your Self, and that in turn gets energetically distributed to all who enter your sacred space. Try it and you’ll see how powerful it is.
