All week Uranus is Stationing, preparing to Retrograde on Sept 5/6, followed by a Lunar Eclipse on Sept 7, but there’s other activity as well. Saturn Retrogrades back into Pisces for a final sweep and Mercury squares Uranus, accelerating info and activating the unexpected, pushing the mind further out of its comfort zone.
Aug 31 – Mercury trine Chiron. The final aspect of August is either a healing or a discovery, perhaps a blind spot is recognized or an awareness facilitates an awakening. Your thinking, a communication or certain interactions may be calling for integration, forgiveness, amends or a more conscious expression of your thoughts. The goal is to be in integrity. It’s human to miss the mark and this is an opportunity for a course correction from your compassionate heart.
Sept 1-mid-Feb ’26. Saturn Retrogrades into Pisces. Saturn left Pisces in late May ’25 to enter Aries, after two years in the limitless sign of spirit, imagination, dreams and compassion. Now Saturn returns to Pisces and you can handle any unfinished business or confront illusions that still linger, as it highlights where you need to face reality in relation to your long-term goals for stability and security. Notice if anything about your Self and your life are ready to be dissolved.
Saturn will pierce the veil of denial, pushing you to step up, strengthen your boundaries and structures, make decisions and do the work necessary to stabilize your world. Saturn ultimately forces you to grow where you want to bypass, but when you make the effort, you will create things that last and step into a new level of your Inner Authority. You develop Self-esteem by doing esteemable things.
If you’ve felt energized by Saturn in independent, fiery Aries, you may feel deflated or pressured as Saturn backs into the watery, emotional energy of Pisces, only feeling motivated when you’re in the mood – or stressed about what to do. Trust you intuition for guidance, rather than following what others say and do. You can get info or guidance from others, but you won’t be in your Authority until you trust your Self.
Sept 2-18. Mercury in Virgo. For two+ weeks, Mercury zips through one of its home signs, where it brings clarity via practical info, routines, rituals, details and schedules. This serves analytical mental tasks, as well as health, wellness, nutrition and healing practices. This is a helpful energy of discernment, devotion and productivity, but soon after Mercury enters Virgo, it squares Uranus.
Sept 3 – Mercury square Uranus. Mercury in Virgo is deliberate and pragmatic, whereas Uranus is wildcard, genius, free spirit energy. Both are ruled by Mercury, with two conflicting agendas—and in a square you may feel ADD, being bombarded with info into and on mental overload.Â
This is potentially chaotic unpredictable energy that can propel you forward (sometimes), but it can more often overwhelm you with too much to process all at once. If it’s exciting for you—good. But if not, slow down and just take one byte (pun intended) at a time and consider that your mind is being rewired and recalibrated to handle info in new ways.
Sept 4 – Mars square Jupiter. There’s a feeling of overdrive or urgency regarding taking certain actions now or this may give you the confidence to make a move where you were reluctant before. Jupiter = judgment and in a Mars square, your judgment may be off (overdoing it). Think through actions you plan to take today. If fear is the impetus (FOMO?), it’s a bad idea to ignore your natural flow. When you rush or panic, it’s easy to misalign and make mistakes.
Sept 5/6 – Uranus Stations Retrograde. Uranus is Retrograde until late April ’26, now in Gemini and will eventually go back into Taurus. The innovative, electric energy is highlighted this week and if it’s affecting you directly, it can be a turning point, bringing exciting breakthroughs, downloads and opportunities— or it can create chaotic, unexpected disruptions that shake up your life.
If so, it’s doing for you what you can’t or won’t do for yourself, as Uranus only takes what’s blocking your evolution and Greater Good. It’s all about liberation and creating a path for your future. On the global stage, we are bombarded with excessive info, drama, shifting reference points and curveballs on overdrive—and we don’t even know what’s real anymore.
You may be diligent or you may tune out, but no matter what, your mind and nervous system are being rewired to acclimate you to higher incoming frequencies. As humans who are attuned to 3D reality, we are in the midst of a profound cosmic upgrade.
The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces is on Sept 7, and we are already in the Eclipse Wormhole, which is like Uranus on steroids, activating fated events, endings and beginnings, or maybe nothing you especially feel. Stay tuned and be flexible, which is the guidance for dealing with Uranus, the Eclipses and all this intense energy.
Take good care of yourself and practice grounding, as you are being prepared for your own special role in our evolving world, and your job is to be ready—even if you don’t know what, where or how it will happen. The mystery of life is the magic!
Sometimes falling apart is the prelude to a profound rebirth. I’ve been there, more than once.
