We begin the final week of Mercury Retrograde in Virgo with Mercury slowing to turn Direct on Sept 15, while you focus on resting and retreat until it’s go time after next week. Your body and nervous system will thank you for de-stressing as you contemplate where you are.

Sept 8 – Sun trine Jupiter. This expansive energy promotes a big vision, can-do energy of ease and flow in which abundance is possible. With the Sun in Virgo and Jupiter in earthy Taurus, practical solutions and realities are favored and the material world is your oyster. Comfort, wellness, support and care are on the menu, as well as blessings of all kinds. Just say, “yes!” and allow the Goodness in. Old programming primes us for limitations and this is the override for beliefs that tell you things can’t be easy.

The week is fairly quiet, and I suggest being mindful as you go about your daily routine. Whatever you do, do it consciously and deliberately. And think about the intentions you want to create for the New Moon.

Sept 14 – New Moon in Virgo @ 6:40 pm PDT. The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and to plant seeds that will grow in the weeks ahead. What do you want to increase, create or develop in your world?

Virgo rules holistic health, work, productivity and service. This is a time to consider your wellness routines – food, sleep, exercise and all facets of health and care that keep you functioning at your best. Commit to adjusting whatever needs attention and handling anything out of order. Is it time for a cleanse, the dentist or a check up? Be your own advocate and do what’s right for you.

Being of service is healing for all involved and is needed now – from physical contributions to personal connection as the antidote for loneliness. Virgo loves to help. Please do what you can do to support those in need; open your heart and connect with the consciousness of Oneness. A loving presence is service, so you can be of service just by shining your inner light everywhere you go – and that is definitely needed…

Uranus trines the New Moon, activating change. This is perfect for when you’re ready to stop being who you were taught to be and are ready to be Authentic. It is exhausting to pretend (due to a fear of being bad or abandoned) rather than being true to yourself. The feeling of liberation is amazing and energizing. Maybe you are ready to take a baby step in this direction – or maybe you’re out of the closet already – or in some middle stage of claiming your truth.

If you feel stuck or stagnant, Uranus can give you the impetus to choose something real that resonates with your heart and soul. Or if you’ve recently been displaced or moved via circumstances, this is your opportunity to integrate/embrace a new role and acclimate to your new landscape (inner and/or outer) in a creative way. Uranus can activate ingenuity, innovation and genius – you can find new solutions, think outside the box and download brilliant ideas. Tap into the infinite possibilities that are available!

The New Moon in Virgo opposes Neptune in dreamy Pisces, which can create confusion in the 3D world with facts and figures. Virgo rules the mind, while Neptune is diffuse and nonlinear, so it can cloud details. Trust your intuition when making decisions now and stick to yes-no decisions. Don’t get complicated, this is not the time for that. Save contracts and data-driven needs for later after the Sun has moved on. However, Neptune can deliver messages from your spiritual connection, so pay attention to any hits of divine inspiration that come through for you.

This New Moon is organizational, intuitive and powerful for supporting your health and well being, as well aligning with the truth of who you are if you use it that way. Don’t push, don’t stress, don’t worry. Rather, check in to see where you abandon yourself by living a life that is out of alignment with who you are. Alignment means everything working together for your Highest Good; let that be the criteria that you measure your choices by. You deserve nothing less.

We welcome September with notable shifts, following Uranus Retrograde and the Pisces Full Blue Super Moon on Saturn, which may have activated changes, decisions or forced you to face situations that could no longer be avoided. Now we have Mercury Retrograde, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron all Retrograde, creating an undertow pulling you back into old territory, giving you the opportunity to course correct whatever isn’t falling into place easily or working smoothly for a chance to redo.

Sept 3 – Venus Stations Direct. After a long Retrograde, you can incorporate what you have learned since July 22, regarding quality-of-life issues about what you value, how you value yourself, how relationships are working for you, how you operate with $$ and what truly satisfies you – and what isn’t satisfying. Your everyday life matters and this is the time to change whatever you can to elevate any elements that make you feel or function better. Yes!

There are so many lessons to be learned about Venus – and in Leo, it’s all about YOU, your desires, your happiness, Self-expression and Self honoring. If you discovered anything was missing, lacking, limiting or neglected, you can realign your current life with new choices, ready for a fresh start at this time. You are important and your happiness is in your hands (which is always true, but it’s emphasized now).

Sept 4 – Mercury trine Jupiter. Mercury Retrograde in Virgo is practical, dealing with plans or details and a trine to Jupiter indicates good news or a positive development. So things are unfolding smoothly, but there’s more to come. These planets will meet again when Mercury turns Direct on Sept 25, which will likely be the conclusion of this story arc.

Sept 4 – Jupiter Stations Retrograde. Jupiter rules your beliefs, higher truth, inspiration, meaning of life, long journeys, foreign travel (literal or figurative). This is a powerful time to review your morals and ethics, the codes you live by, those which actually align with your values. What has meaning for you now? With all the chaos in the world, what inspires you – do you have a vision? It’s not really time for expansion (another Jupiter theme), as the exploration is more internal than external. Outer growth will come later, but getting clear about where you are, who you’re with and what is true and real for you is primary.

Sept 6 – Mercury Retrograde Cazimi the Sun. This is when Mercury Retrograde is conjunct the Sun and you download info, communication is featured, you gain insight into a situation or something positive regarding Mercury (the mind). Clarity, focus, connection, a bright idea or adaptability occurs, and you suddenly find a solution or a knowing that puts things in place. Use it well!

Venus and Jupiter Stations are a time of hope and vision – and with Jupiter Retrograde you have the opportunity to widen back and see the big picture as you contemplate where you are. Just sit with it if you need to clarify and allow Mercury Cazimi the Sun on Sept 6 to download the info for you. Journal, walk in nature, choose your preferred spiritual practice and see what comes into your space, if you need direction. You never know what you might get…

We close August with Venus and Mercury Retrograde, Mars changing signs, Uranus changing direction and a Full Blue SuperMoon, a lot of cosmic activity, with reality checks that may need attention. During Mercury Retrograde, continue to clean up and align your life with what’s true and right for you, according to your values. Operate with devotion in your life and toward your Self. Treat everything as sacred if you want to shift the vibration from the mundane into a higher dimensional space.

Aug 27 – Sun opposite Saturn. This can be an ending, a release or a boundary, but if you’re proactive, it’s a decision to handle whatever is undermining your evolution that you’ve been avoiding. Maybe you realize what’s not working and this is your reality check, inviting you to step into your Authority and do something. If you aren’t clear, get the support you need, but don’t get discouraged. Know that every aligned action you take builds muscle that will serve you well.

Mars leaves Virgo to enter harmonious Libra (Aug 27- Oct 12). Mars (action) in Libra is concerned with fairness, relationships, seeing both sides of an issue and diplomacy, so getting things done is not necessarily quick. Mars in Libra doesn’t want to be selfish or pushy, so if it’s going to fight for something, it will do it in an elegant way and may be passive-aggressive.

Aug 28 – Uranus Stations Retrograde until late Jan ’24, but it’s been barely moving all month, and if it connects with your chart, you may be feeling stimulated, restless, trapped, ready to make a move – or the urge for liberation may have already shifted you out of – or into a new lifestyle, location, relationship, career or personal style of expression. Psychic gifts may open, or open on a new level, and life may take unexpected turns.

The power of Uranus is two-fold: the revolutionary change it brings – and the destabilizing shock of the unexpected. When the playing field is shifted without warning, it’s easy to go into reaction, especially if your well being feels threatened. If it feels like something is falling away, it’s meant to. And don’t frame it as a failure – think transformation, endings, completions, rebirth, the future and your evolution.

When you are activated by Uranus, it’s as if someone flipped a switch and parts of you can awaken that you didn’t realize were there! Depending on the aspect (and you), it can be authentic and lasting or it can be a temporary rebellion that redirects your life.

Uranus is seeking to liberate you from programming that has disconnected you from the truth of WHO YOU ARE, in order to fulfill others’ wishes, beliefs and paradigms. It’s a kind of “hostage release,” so during the Retrograde, it will be going back over what started in the Spring of ’23 to further release stale old patterns to fertilize new pursuits and rebirths.

Stay open and trust where your heart leads you. Uranus in Taurus is about what you value – not what you were told to value. Taurus is ruled by Venus (still Retrograde), clearing all that is unloving from your heart, especially the ways in which you are unloving to your Self.

Aug 30 – The Full Blue SuperMoon in Pisces is at 6:35pm PDT. This is the second Full SuperMoon – closest to earth with the greatest impact felt. The first one was on August 1 in Aquarius. A Blue Moon is two Full Moons in one month, so it’s a Full Blue SuperMoon in Pisces.

A Full Moon brings things to light – and the Sun in Virgo opposing the Moon conjunct Saturn in sensitive Pisces is a good time for introspection and reflection. This illuminates Saturn energy again and highlights a decision, an obstacle, an issue to be handled – or it can be the structure you generate to bring your dream into form (higher expression).

If you go low, Pisces-Virgo can sink into disappointment or a worry loop and fall down the rabbit hole, so don’t allow yourself to go unconscious leading up to the Full Moon when the energy is heightened. Keep your focus on what you want and what needs your attention. Then take the necessary practical actions.

Pisces is best when being creative, doing spiritual practices, helping others or communing with nature and sentient Beings. Virgo is best at service, health and wellness, particularly with the body – natural products, gut health, cleansing, juicing and the like. Focus on projects and activities that raise your vibration and create offerings to be of service to others. Jupiter rules the Full Moon – and it is in earthy Taurus, focused on the earth, the body and your values.

Virgo and Taurus are earth signs, while Pisces is a water sign. Earth and water are both yin energy, and receptive, so I invite you to practice opening to All That Is available to you in your environment and the world.

Most people are not that comfortable receiving for a variety of reasons (back to programming). Rather than feeling needy, practice allowing Goodness to flow your way as you co-create with the universe to evolve your life and be willing to step into the unknowable (our evolving world).

And then pay it forward… This is how we create a New Earth.
