If you can get away from your day to day life and spend the week in deep meditation, by all means, do it. Short of that, make as much space as you can for some seriously reflective activity this week, even as you go through your regular routines. This is the kind of week where SO much happens it is best to decide up front that your usual observer’s perch seat is the most suitable. Everything you can see was written long ago anyway. When you get into the emotional drama of any scene, you are invariably tempted to rewrite it, forgetting over and over again that you have no idea how disruptive that can be. It’s the same as watching an epic movie and deciding to watch a different scene while you’re watching it.

Grab some popcorn and take a front row seat.

Your capacity for objective awareness is second to none. It gives you the capacity to attain the highest realization, which is that there’s nothing ‘out there’ and it’s all a reflection of your own consciousness. Once you realize that, you ALSO realize that your experience is entirely up to you. Your success has nothing to do with anyone or anything else. Everything in your life was placed there by you specifically so that you’d be able to See your Self clearly. Take response ability for the state you are in as the week begins and you can end the week in a whole new frame of consciousness. What are you attached to? What matters to you the most? Be honest with your Self and then let go of everything you come up with.

True happiness is a function of Self-motivated liberation and compassionate detachment.

Even though yours is a most objective sign, it can be incredibly difficult at times to get a good perspective on your Self, and this is one of those times. There’s a huge transformation taking place at the level of your social identity, but that’s the bigger picture. At the moment there is so much transmutation taking place underneath the surface for you that it’s hard to keep your head above water. Do your best to remember that all is well. Whatever comes up now is meant to bring the end of older cycles that no longer serve you. How will you get started on a new track if you don’t redirect your attention to those newer more fulfilling pastures? There’s a lot of awakening on tap for you this week. It will happen whether you welcome it or not.

For the past few weeks you’ve been considering ways to get back to a more productive pace, believing that what you’ve been focused on is your one and only path.
