Pluto Turns Retrograde
Pluto has been in Aquarius since March 23 2023. Since then it has been traveling back and forth between Capricorn and Aquarius, retrograding back into Capricorn on June 11, 2023. The dwarf planet spent the rest of 2023 in Capricorn, and reentered Aquarius this year on January 20. He will be in Aquarius until September 1, when he reenters Capricorn for the last time in more than 245 years. He will leave Capricorn for good on November 19 this year. And Pluto will remain in Aquarius until 2044, spending that final year and half moving back and forth between Aquarius and Pisces.
Pluto spent 16 years in Capricorn, entering in 2008. Pluto is a tiny planet, but it packs a major punch. Nothing this planet does is small. It deals with global events and big picture story lines, manifesting its outcomes over long periods of time. The transit through Capricorn dealt with all things political and authoritative. In Cosmic Consciousness Capricorn represents the capacity to connect with the higher Self.
It isn’t hard to see what has happened in the political arena during these past 16 years, and we also had the Pluto return of the United States, the only one in our history, in 2023. It will take until Pluto has left Capricorn completely, at the end of the year, to realize the results of that return, but it’s safe to say that it will yield a complete and total ending, rebirth and resurrection of our political arena. We are certainly well on our way. The higher aspects of Capricorn are very important, because by staying tuned to the more conscious Truths the less conscious reality can be overcome.
