Venus has entered Leo, the sign of the Life Force, and she will remain there until July 9. Today she is still in the portal, still completing her passage out of Cancer, still gathering up everything she has learned from the deep inner waters of the emotional body. Cancer has helped Venus to remember what she loves, what she protects, what she belongs to, and what truly matters at the core. Now, as she prepares to step fully into Leo, she begins the journey back to her Light.
Venus has everything to do with self-worth. She reveals the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves, and therefore the quality of Love we are able to offer the world. In Cancer, Venus has been moving through the deepest chambers of the heart, tending old needs, ancestral memories, and the places where Love became tangled with protection or fear. But Leo is a very different field. Leo is the radiant heart. Leo is the courage to shine. Leo is the willingness to let Love be seen.
