1 Aries 59

The New Moon in Virgo two weeks ago provided the means through which we could experience our full Selves through our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical etheric bodies. Since then we have had the opportunity to check in with each of the four parts that comprise our Being to gain perspective on any imbalances we may have discovered as we traveled through the wormhole. Stephanie Azaria refers to this process as a de-fragging process, as if we were cleaning out the files on an electronic disc to bring greater efficiency and ensure that the useable files we need can be much more easily located. This has characterized the new phase that has taken us to this Full Moon in Aries.

What is interesting is that this Full Moon is replete with new cycles with a series of planets and points that sit at 0-5 degrees of the respective signs they are in. A planet at the beginning of a sign indicates a fresh start, a pure experience of the archetype in the quality of consciousness (the sign) it inhabits. The wormhole showed us which archetypes hold true and serve a positive purpose, while laying bare those that need transformation.
Aside from the Sun and the Moon, which form our individual conscious identity, Mercury, the Black Moon Lilith, the Moon’s Nodes (Soul Star and Earth Star), Mars, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Varuna, Quaoar, MakeMake, and Salacia all fall within 0-5 degrees at this time. The signs involved include Capricorn, Aquarius, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Leo, Virgo, and Libra. The Full Moon lights up the essence of these new beginnings, even as new beginnings are usually associated with a New Moon.  It is worth pondering what so many new beginnings could mean during the Full Moon period and see where they take us.

The Full Moon is conjunct Chiron (where we find our ability to whole ourselves) at 0 Aries and Salacia (where we discern light from dark) at 2 Aries. These conjunctions put a spotlight on any situation that still requires some form of emotional resolution from us. This resolution comes from being able to see the issue with new clarity and apply Love to it in ways we may not have considered before.
The Full Moon is a bridge (formerly an opposition) with the Sun at 2 Libra, taking us immediately to the nexus of how we experience our individual presence (Aries) in the mirror of the outer world (Libra). How we feel about the events occurring around us, be it within our families, communities, work, groups, and countries is amplified at this time. The Sun itself is part of a stellium (grouping) that includes MakeMake (our connection to universal truths) at 4 Libra, Mercury (how we think and communicate) at 5 Libra, and Ceres (our ability to midwife new ideas) at 9 Libra. This cluster of archetypes is all about bringing forth fresh, innovative ideas that make changing any social norms that seem out of balance possible.
By imagining ourselves in the middle of this Moon-Sun bridge spanning from the individual to the collective, we can see the social groups we identify with and those we do not, using an objective perspective. It does not matter how we feel about these groups. None of us is isolated from the collective experience around us, even if we strip aside as many connections as we can. As we watch, listen to, or read the news we may feel things—such as frustration, satisfaction, anger, or happiness and so on. We tend to react and then talk about what we feel about the news with others. These emotional experiences serve to keep us connected to the collective, and those emotions, like rivers, feeds into the overall human experience. This is an important realization, and if we make use of the observer’s perspective, we can use the detachment it provides to undertake the wholing process available now. Once we do this for ourselves we can consciously apply it to the collective experience. This is what is possible when Chiron conjoins with the Moon.

The Full Moon bridge forms stepping stones with another stellium, starting with Saturn (social structures) at 3 Capricorn, Vesta (what we are devoted to) at 2 Capricorn, and Quaoar (where we access entirely new thought patterns) at 0 Capricorn.  If we perceive, for instance, that there is great unfairness with the way justice systems treat sexual violence against women, this intersection provides an opportunity to bring change to these situations, and that change begins with our own feelings. A stepping stone provides the objective lift needed to move things forward. If our feelings motivate us to want to see things change, then we can contribute to that change by acknowledging how our feelings contribute into the social collective. This reflects the law of attraction, because the energy generated by our feelings about something builds and grows to the point where it must move.
There is a Love crossroad (formerly fixed cross) involving the Moon’s nodes—the Earth Star (South Node, where we connect to our lineage with all its karma) at 5 Aquarius, conjunct Mars (our physical experience) at 4 Aquarius, conjunct the Black Moon Lilith ( where we access the Divine Feminine) at 1 Aquarius. This Aquarius stellium bridges with the Soul Star (North Node, dharma) at 3 Leo, conjunct Varuna (where we access the broadest vision possible) at 3 Leo. This bridge intersects with the bridge between Venus (where we find what we love) at 9 Scorpio and Uranus (where we awaken) at 2 Taurus. Venus is moving through her retrograde shadow, and she will pass back and forth in an exact bridge to Uranus twice more before mid December, making this a very active bridge. The direction we wish to travel should be heart-felt. It is no longer a mental decision.
The Full Moon is connected to this Love crossroad through an intimacy aspect (semi-sextile) with Uranus. This intimacy connection means that circumstances that we felt could not possibly change are actually more tangible than we knew.  We can see a way forward, if we are willing to acknowledge what we feel when we wake up to what is going on. Mars is a key player in this grand crossroad and it disposes the Full Moon. We now understand that Mars is the co-ruler of the Divine Feminine, and as such, he becomes a main conductor of the balancing of male and female energies.  With Mars involved, the energy required for substantive change is present.

Our responsibility is to bring Love forward.  Yes, we can acknowledge that there are serious social injustices.  We must recognize them, and how we each truly feel about the circumstances that brought forward the imbalance we believe we see.  Maybe we cannot yet see the true source, because it looks unclear or seems too complex. However, at the individual level, we can respond by embracing that complexity when we open our hearts and minds. Aries is the quality of consciousness where we learn to Love with our minds, by cultivating the discipline it takes to make our thoughts loving.  Let’s give each other the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that even those we may not agree with are also doing their part to bring about better circumstances and expanded consciousness.
