The divine spark has been ignited, and it’s time to wake up and move forward in a whole new way.  For some, that initial spark of the recent Aries New Moon came like an inspirational flash of light, and for some, it literally felt as if the old leg (or crutch) we’ve been standing on was suddenly removed (or kicked out from underneath), requiring a brand new manifestation and expression of ourselves in this new world.   We’ve known it was coming, and now is the time to step boldly forward.  If we’ve been holding on for safety, or delaying with fear based caution in any way, attaching ourselves to the old and familiar for comfort and security, now is the time to let go.

Ready or not (and of course we’re ready), our higher Selves are taking the steering wheel.  Our navigation systems have already been completely reprogrammed.   It’s time to step fully into the Truth of who we are, in every way, no apologies and no regrets.

This week begins with a Sun/Eris conjunction on Monday, which marks the official end of the New Moon event.  If we’re still harboring any deep inner resistance or knowing that the current path we’re on is in any way conflicting with, hiding, or watering down our higher path and purpose, then this is the spark of inner awakening, like an eruption of energy from deep within our core, shattering and crumbling the debris and attachments that have bound us to repetitive karmic stuckness.

If we’ve been waiting for the courage to move powerfully forward, breaking free from the last layer or membrane of protection, or wondering how it could ever logistically be facilitated…this is it, and there’s no holding back when the earthquake activates.  Trust and go with it, paying attention to the empty space that becomes available in the process.

Temporary destruction always leaves a path of clearing, and that opening is the new fertile ground to walk upon.  Whatever clears needs to clear, so honor the experience, and stay fiercely committed to Self care.  Be mindful of all responses in the process, remain in the observer’s perch, rooted in LOVE.    We’re moving towards the big Uranus/Eris conjunction that begins this summer, and the inner eruptions are already beginning.

Tuesday delivers a Venus/Mars manifestation, and we catch a glimpse of what’s possible in that empty space from whatever has just been cleared and removed that wasn’t serving us.  Once we remove the old stagnant blockages, we can finally see through the infinite empty space, calling forth the new vision with depth, passion, and magic…from the heart.  We begin to see the evidence of what’s truly possible for ourselves and our world, in the wake of necessary karmic extraction.

The rest of the week contains big Mercury energy, setting the stage for his next retrograde journey that begins at the end of the month on April 29.  Mercury is in Taurus, and the theme of the upcoming retrograde cycle is grounding the new operating system and the new consciousness into our bodies and into the Earth.

Mars goes retrograde this Sunday, and the theme of his retrograde journey is the physical transmutation and reconstruction of all things physical, at the most basic and fundamental cellular level, to calibrate to the higher consciousness and upgrade to the new operating system.

How we operate in relationship to the physical world is completely different now.  Mercury and Mars are working together, deepening the roots of our new mind/body connection, as we manifest and de-manifest all things physical, and realize the power we hold with our thoughts, our consciousness, and our inner authority.

Consciousness is the new medicine on our planet, the consciousness of Universal Love.  Love is the most powerful force of energy in our universe, and holds the key to alchemy of the highest order.  As we elevate our practice of Self Love, we experience a shift in frequency at the cellular level, and awaken to new possibilities and potential within our physicality, attuning our physical bodies and the Earth to the infiniteness and sacredness of the invisible realms.

Our physical bodies have long held the karmic stories of our existence, and now our cells are awakening to remember the encoded wisdom of our higher Truth, our Light and our Dharma.

Mercury and Neptune form a resource (sextile) on Thursday, along with a Mercury/Jupiter manifestation AND Ceres enters Aries as she crosses the World Axis.  Mercury enters his shadow at the exact same moment of his trine with Jupiter, and this important point will be revisited 3 times between now and May.  The Mercury Jupiter relationship expands our consciousness through the higher mind, elevating our operating system to new dimensions and higher truths.

The potential for enlightenment and expanded consciousness continues as our planet is collectively delivered through the birthing canal by Ceres, the midwife and Cosmic Mother.  Our planet is being born again, returned to the origin, purity, and unity of Source.

On Sunday, Mercury and Pluto form a powerful manifestation, bringing Pluto’s energy into Mercury’s retrograde cycle, ushering our awakened minds back to the invisible realm to co-create from the highest vision, and preparing our operating systems to facilitate alchemy on Earth.

At the end of this month, Mercury will turn retrograde while he is in a conjunction with Sedna.  Not to get a-head of ourselves, but Sedna always opens doors to the highest frequency of consciousness in our cosmic records.  The fact that Mercury will conjoin Sedna while going retrograde, and while dancing with Mars in the newly defined and upgraded mind/body connection is “mind blowing”.

The more our consciousness expands and elevates, the deeper we can access our physical bodies and the physical Earth, clearing away the unnecessary debris, wiping away the karmic records, and fine tuning our reality with the Truth of who we are, at the level of Cosmic Consciousness.   The crystalline core of the Earth is being vibrationally attuned by Sedna, as is the crystalline core within each of us.  Our crystalline bodies are emerging and communicating with the invisible realms, which is unbelievably exciting!!!

The practice this week is to explore our relationship with “waking up”.  Pay attention to the first initial spark of a thought the moment you first wake up in the mornings, and practice smoothly (and willingly) integrating into your physical body before you even get out of bed, before your feet touch the ground.  Start each morning fully present and grounded within your body, then consciously ground your feet to the Earth before taking that first step.   Make this a spiritual practice each day, arriving fully into your body, and grounding your consciousness into the planet…without hitting the snooze button.  The more attentive we are with our inner alignment, the more we can expand and ground through these amazing upcoming retrograde periods of reconstruction.  Remember, everything can change on a dime, including the ground you’re walking on and the structure of your own feet…so be present, be awake, and be mindful.  And BE LOVE!

The wormhole is deactivating and we’re at the threshold of a whole new world.   Everything has changed.  We are awakening, and undergoing rapid transformation, becoming the living reflection of our higher consciousness.  This week delivers us to the powerful Mars storm (Mars reaches the degree of his station and will take nearly two weeks to actually turn around) as of Tuesday, the New Moon in Aries on Thursday, and the official ending of the wild Spring eclipse passage. 

While the intensity of the wormhole is winding down, we’re just starting to ramp up to a full throttle experience that will rock our world this summer, literally, as we breakthrough the old limits and boundaries, and ultimately shatter the old paradigms and belief systems that have manifested scarcity, victimization, and separation consciousness on our planet.   We are manifesting a world of unity, empowerment, freedom, and Love…and it’s happening NOW.

The old is crumbling, and the new is emerging, simultaneously and quickly.   While every step we take is still met with Earth below our feet, both the Earth AND our feet are changing so radically moment to moment,  it can feel like walking on quick sand at times, intermittently floating sideways on air pockets for a step or two in between.   Finding our bearings and feeling grounded take on a whole new meaning now, and the only solid ground we can consistently connect with is the unwavering commitment to honor Self and be Love, without any attachments to what’s occurring (or not occurring fast enough).

Moving powerfully into the ‘4’ month of April, we’re discovering that the foundation of our support structure is sparked by our thoughts and planted within us, and we carry it wherever we go.  Our internal balance and alignment come from our conscious discipline to think Love, be Love, act with Love, and manifest Love, and to continually practice surrendering the ego to the higher Self and Source.   Keeping our attention on Source while remaining in our physical bodies is the new way of grounding…we’re grounding light into our bodies and into the Earth.

That’s the theme of this Mars retrograde journey.  Grounding light into the physical.  Grounding higher consciousness into our bodies.  Infusing the divine frequency of LOVE into the densest, darkest karmic debris of our bodies and our planet…allowing the vibration of Love to transmute and resurrect All.  As we wipe the collective karmic slate clean, we clear the decks and finish the game…and start again, unified as One with Source.

As our bodies continue to upgrade from carbon to crystal, our physical operating system is undergoing a massive overhaul and reconfiguration.   Crystal is activated by light, and our newly upgraded bodies are transitioning, expanding our capacity to receive light at a cellular level, and transitioning to operate more efficiently and effectively on light based foods, specifically green plants.  Our cells become the living response of what we metabolize, and as we digest more and more light, we’re activating our crystalline spines, and sparking higher communications, messages, and light codes through our divine antenna.

The color green vibrationally activates the heart chakra, so eating raw green plant based foods can deliver raw potent light straight to the heart, alkalinizing our emotions from acidity or congestion to vibrant Love.  Green plants harness light as energy through photosynthesis, and as we ingest and digest raw greens, we’re ingesting high frequency light, SOURCE.  Everything contains Source, and we can mentally choose to receive light from anywhere, but the more consciously we choose to eat potent and pure greens, the more we are feeding our physical bodies with light potential.  The goal is to infuse light into our cells, to enlighten our bodies.

Light purifies our physical and emotional responses.  The more light we receive, the lighter our physical bodies become, the less carbon footprint we leave behind on the planet, and the less karma we generate.  Karmic density is heavy, and historically, our physicality reflected our karma.  As we take responsibility for clearing our karma and elevating our consciousness, we begin to embody light, and every cell of our physical body is infused with divine infinite light.   As our bodies shift and transform to accommodate our light bodies, our vitality is restored, and our infinite life through spirit is embodied.  Illness and disease are karmic and circumstantial, light is infinite and immortal.

In order to fully embody higher consciousness, we must surrender old mental and emotional beliefs and attachments to what we used to “think” our bodies needed for sustenance, survival, and comfort.   Mars is stationing this week, gaining potency for his retrograde journey of physical metamorphosis, as we’re collectively in the Aries energy of April.  In Cosmic Consciousness, the Aries hour is mental power.   Our willingness to allow the new mental operating system to lead the way is imperative.  Mental power is accessed as we operate from our highest consciousness, navigated by spirit. 

The instability of the physical realm is becoming obvious, which reveals the radical power of conscious manifestation that is available to us.   Everything is shiftable, movable, and permeable, and the light of our consciousness is the tool that can alter and shift any reality…not by force, but by allowing the vibration of Love to expand.

The New Moon in Aries on Thursday April 7th marks the official closing of the wormhole passage, and the beginning of a whole new chapter of conscious discipline and mental power.   Our thoughts spark potential that manifests our physical reality, and this is the most important time for transformation on the planet.   Transformation of any kind happens in a nanosecond, through the spark of a new thought.  Anything can happen, everything is possible.  The more we let go of old beliefs and limiting assumptions, the more we can discover new potential.  It’s all right here.

The practice this week is to consciously BE the seed of possibility.  Be mindful of any limiting beliefs, thoughts, and conversations.  Anytime you observe yourself buying into a historical limitation or condition, pause and ask yourself “what if that perceived barrier doesn’t really exist?”  And allow new potential to awaken.   We experience what we believe, so if you want to transform an experience, shift the belief.   Nothing is impossible, anything can happen.  Give yourself permission to believe in the impossible, and see what happens.  Take time each day to breath deeply and stretch the empty space within each cell, expanding your capacity to receive light in your physical body.  Empty space infused with light ignites powerful vision and magic!

March 28 – April 3, 2016

After a massive week of intense and disorienting eclipse energy, we begin to smooth out and settle into a new kind of balance this week.  The atmosphere is still a bit unstable with the worm hole winding down, but our nervous systems are gently being restored and rebooted, calibrating a new and improved yin/yang relationship.  Everything has changed and there’s no going back.

We’re catching our breath this week as the dust settles and we begin to find our footing in a fluid world.  The focus is subtle yet deeply profound as Mercury and Venus take center stage this week.  Mind and Heart must be in balance the moment the wormhole closes and the elevator doors open at the New Moon on April 7th.   We’re moving into a “4″ month, which is all about foundation, support, and solid structure.   This crucial balance point week will provide the necessary platform for the new chapter ahead.

Mercury has been implementing and activating our new “state of the art” operating system since the first of the year, boosting ultra-refined communications and messaging systems.  Our higher communications will connect us with our hearts to tell us when to initiate action and when to surrender to the current momentum that’s moving us.

If we’ve historically been motivated by pain or pressure, or by the obvious lightning bolt message in our face, it may feel too subtle, almost insignificant, to be moved by the gentle breeze of an intuitive nudge or a psychic whisper.  The more elevated and fine-tuned we become, the less effort and energy is required to navigate change when we are open, receptive, and in synch with our higher selves, ultimately creating a highly efficient and clean response mechanism, which is our new emotional body.

We’re bringing the heart into the operating system, calibrating beauty and subtlety within the mind.   How we typically react (at the densest, most visceral level) when we observe beauty, grace, innocence and purity is different than how we react when we observe conflict, war, ego, and darkness.   Our nervous systems react and respond to our environment and what we perceive, in subtle instinctive ways.  We tend to open more readily to beauty, and we tread lightly upon the earth in the presence of divinity.  We breathe more deeply, give more freely, and create effortlessly when we’re inspired by love and beauty.

When viewing abstract art, the observer will interpret whatever resonates with their operating system and their current state of mind.  In any given piece of art, random observers might experience chaos, darkness, resistance, and anger, or they might experience beauty, diversity, abundance, and creativity.

All things contain the possibility of all meanings, the entire infinite universe can be found within anything.  So all events, people, and things hold the possibility of beauty, Love, and divine Light, which would create a response of opening instead of closing.   All options are available, always…if we’re not attached to how it looks.  We will always find what we’re looking for, if we consciously tune in and allow it to emerge.

As our highly sophisticated operating systems come into partnership with the purest beauty of the heart, we begin to allow a whole new world to emerge, a world that already existed but we haven’t had the delicate filters in place yet to fully receive it.  We’re learning to navigate this new operating system, how to access the subtlest vibrations of all communications, and how to fine tune and dial in on the frequency that supports our higher consciousness and the manifestation of 5D, and also how to gracefully demanifest the old while still operating from a vibration of Love.

As Venus comes into a new balance with Mercury, we’re intentionally evoking the response of beauty and Love from our emotional body, manifesting a world of multidimensional art, creative expression, and refined intuitive communication.

The week begins with a Venus Uranus semisextile, which in Cosmic Consciousness is a “getting to know you” aspect of intimacy and coming together.  It’s gentle.  The heart is getting involved in our awakening process, and sometimes our most powerful awakenings come from a subtle opening rather than a lightning strike across the forehead.   In fact, when transitioning from an environment of confusion, chaos or disruption, oftentimes the only way to open profoundly to Love is through a very slight, subtle touch that feels safe and non-confrontational.   It calms the nervous system and allows for an opening into something new.

The dance of integration and balance plays out all week between Mind and Heart through Mercury (Divine Masculine – yang) and Venus (Divine Feminine – yin).  Mercury and Jupiter form a Great Eliminator on Tuesday, followed by a Mercury Saturn manifestation, and a Mercury Pluto stepping stone on Wednesday inside the void Moon.   

On Thursday, Mercury conjoins Uranus and then moves on to meet Eris by Sunday, linking our operating system to that powerful Uranus/Eris event coming up this summer.    We are embarking on unprecedented mental terrain, from the 3D perspective, but our higher consciousness and the invisible realms continue to communicate clearly, every step of the way.  Like voices from the dark calling us forth to remember the way home to the light as our eyes recalibrate to perceive the light that was already there, shining infinitely bright.  We’re readjusting and recalibrating, moment to moment, to see with new eyes and perceive from higher dimensions what’s been right before our eyes the whole time.

Venus conjoins with the South Node on Tuesday, Chiron on Wednesday, and Ceres on Friday, following in Mercury’s footsteps from last week.  The Venus/Ceres conjunction on Friday forms a very sensitive and high frequency resource with Sedna, delivering the heart to the highest record keeping available to our human consciousness at this time.  The downloads to the heart will be off the charts, yet subtle.  Much like a mother’s intuition, there’s a powerful knowing without any physical evidence, logic or reasoning. 

The Ceres Venus connection is always profoundly intuitive and deep, as we tune in to receive the encoded frequency of heartbeats and most authentic communications from Mother Earth and Cosmic Mother within our own hearts.   The Mother keeps track of the family’s important information, memories, and sacred documents, with Love from the heart.   And so we are awakened and reunited with our heart’s most authentic truth, downloaded and delivered straight from the most reliable source, Sedna.

The practice this week is to find balance within the innermost yin and yang relationship, even as the world continues to shift and change.   Focus on the merging points of the breath; the entry point of the inhale, the pause at full capacity, the release and surrender of the exhale, and the pause at emptiness.   Allow the physical movement of breath to activate subtle vibrations and sensations throughout the nose and the body, calming the nervous system while awakening to higher consciousness.  Tune into the subtle, and allow space for unknown beauty and possibilities to emerge.

For the week of March 21 – 27, 2016

With a HUGE week on tap, it’s never been more important to discipline the mind to think loving thoughts and tune into our higher consciousness.   As we reach the halfway point of the wormhole this week, everything is highly activated and super charged.  Change is the name of the game, and our willingness to let go and surrender any/all attachments makes this portal SO much more expansive and limitless.  There’s so much occurring this week, and it’s life altering, to say the least.

Mercury moves to 0 Aries on Monday.  This event  alone amplifies the wormhole and takes the game of limitless manifestation us to a whole new realm of possibility.  According to the Cosmic Clock, Aries is the first hour of our mental body quadrant, where spirit manifests as thought.  Mercury is the powerful Messenger, the ruler of the mental body, and the activator of our brand new operating system which gives us the capacity for cutting edge communications, not only within our lower 4 body system, but also with the invisible realms and higher dimensions.

0 Aries is the World Axis Zero Point, signifying the beginning and the end, and everything in our universe moves with communication, with frequency and vibration.  For communication to occur, there must be a sender and a receiver, which would imply separation consciousness, but we’re awakening to unity consciousness, recognizing that we are the sender AND the receiver, and our ability to think a thought sparks the action that manifests our world, which is our reflection.

Our thoughts, words, and communications spark movement and vibrational change.  When we recognize that we are responsible for the world we’ve created, we become empowered and fully capable of de-manifesting it as well, creating something new.  Source is limitless and infinite, containing every possibility for any and all options to exist.  Pure consciousness is passive, requiring a “receiver” to spark action into manifestation.  We All are Source, manifested through our unique expressions, co-creating the world by our willingness to communicate in the frequency of Love.  When we deny this relationship, and we insist on manifesting based on our individual ego’s agenda, we spin off into a reality other than what was originally intended, a reality that is in conflict with our very nature and our highest Truth.  As we awaken and move up the spiral, towards union with Source, it becomes even more important to be excellent caretakers of our minds and thoughts, maintaining the utmost purity and clarity, restoring the frequency to Love.

When our minds are distracted, congested, focused on drama and chaos, or numbed out and detached, we can’t be fully present to tune into our most precious relationship, the relationship with Source, with our Higher Self and our Christ Consciousness.  If our minds are creating random sparks of potential based on reactions to 3D drama and fear, then we are contributing to the recurring manifestations that keep us bound to that 3D reality.

That is why now more than ever, it’s crucial that we elevate our thoughts and the quality of our minds to match the frequency of UNIVERSAL LOVE and Spiritual Wisdom.  When our minds are attuned to that higher frequency, our thoughts, words and actions are congruent with Cosmic Law.  In 5D, Love is the Law.  Our new operating system is rooted in Love.  Love is the language, the currency, the medicine, and the correction that shifts us, individually and collectively, into wholeness and completion, sparking a brand new beginning for a whole new world.

The Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse on Wednesday 3/23 at 8am ET occurs at 3 Libra, conjunct MakeMake AND the Super Galactic Center, which is the Source of our Source.   In Cosmic Consciousness, Libra represents the mirrored Self.  The reflection in our relationships reveals the relationship with Self, and this Full Moon/ Eclipse event illuminates the highest realization that We are Source, in relationship with our Self.  When we truly receive that reflection, and take ownership for the Truth of who we are and what we’re capable of creating, Cosmic Law can be restored.

MakeMake is the archetype of Cosmic Law and Order.  Cosmic Leadership is effortless, harmonious, respectful and honorable.  To LEAD is to be in service to the WHOLE, and leadership is bestowed based on results.  It’s a gift and a privilege, and is held with reverence.  When the results decline, it’s in the best interest of All that the leadership position be recycled, and the next best candidate emerges, seamlessly.  All roles work together in partnership, in harmony, with the utmost respect for contribution and service, and ALL are good stewards of the reality they co-create.

Because there are no victims in Cosmic Law, ALL behave as leaders in whatever role they play, and ALL are responsible for the creation and sustainability of their reality.  ALL recognize that they are reflecting the whole, in Unity and in Love, and are honored to do so.  This Full Moon Eclipse event is an EPIC turning point for us to awaken as ONE and align our world, starting with our thoughts.

The Sun/Mercury superior conjunction later on Wednesday  links our higher consciousness to our mental body, as Mercury is on the far side of the Sun, closer to Source.  Prepare for mega downloads and messages coming from the higher dimensions as navigation tools.

Interestingly, just 2 hours prior to the Full Moon event, Jupiter and Saturn form an important stepping stone, the 2nd of 3, providing a giant step towards our shift from social to spiritual consciousness.  The first occurred last August, and the 3rd will occur on May 26th.  We are in the midst of a major planetary shift, and it’s crucially important to hold the mental focus and the heart space for the highest vibration of LOVE to manifest.

The potential is here, NOW, and WE are the ones tuning in, holding hands, linking hearts, and restoring Cosmic Law and Leadership, as the tuning forks for humanity.   We’re waking up and remembering ourselves through each other, and as we defragment ourselves, we are wholing and healing the Earth.   This Full Moon Eclipse also contains a Chiron/ South Node conjunction, joined by Ceres the next day.  As we whole ourselves, we are delivered back to Source, and our completion is the beginning.

Later on Thursday, Mercury (in Aries) and Mars (in Sagittarius) form a manifestation (trine) which creates a huge mind/body spark that has the power to de-manifest the old karmic reality and create a new option that didn’t exist before.   At 5pm ET that same day, the Moon goes void in a bridge (polarity) with Uranus, and remains void until the next day.  Within that void Moon, Saturn stations, Venus opens a bridge to Jupiter, and a Venus Saturn stepping stone forms a Wisdom Cross with Jupiter…all inside the Libra Void Moon!  The bridge that ushers us into the Awakened Unity Heart is revealed, opened and expanded in high definition as we come to the highest realization that “I AM YOU and YOU ARE ME”.

And if that weren’t enough, the week completes with a big Sun/Mars manifestation (trine) and a Venus/Pluto resource (sextile).  Remember, the Sun is in Aries, and Mars is the ruler of Aries AND is in his retrograde shadow, preparing for a journey towards Source.  This feels like Big Bang potential that can spark a powerful new creation, or a massive revolution!  Get ready for an unprecedented Easter Weekend!  Stay present, hearts wide open, in LOVE…and focused on your divine Self.  As you Love, honor, and nurture your Self, you’re Loving ALL, including the Earth.   Now more than ever, it’s time to honor all life with respect and Love, as every life is divine, and all life reflects and contains Source, which is you, us, and ALL.
